Marco P. arrived and it was obvious from the beginning that he was willing to work with me on this problem, even though he wasn't clear on how the 1986 spa had been plumbed. It worked - he actually got it cleared - no tearing up concrete. The price was less than half of what I had already paid for no result with the other company. I am a VERY happy customer.

ReddiServices, a company which we've used successfully a few times in past for both plumbing and HVAC issues, sent out Benjamin A., chosen specifically because of his expertise in such issues. He did an excellent job in repairing the pipe, determining the reason for the pressure problems and providing the installation of new upgraded valves. He also discovered a bigger problem just waiting to happen - the water pressure coming into our house was about 25% higher than it should have been! We were pleased to have him return with that particular part and carefully install it. Not only did he come to our rescue in the immediate matters; he noted and took the proper action to prevent greater disasters. Benjamin is definitely deserving of Reddi Hero status!

I just moved in and was desperate, Bob saved the day. He even came out early on a Saturday, wow! The problem was difficult due to the parts being frozen. Bob persisted and would not give up. He is my new plumber.

Everything was great! Every person from Reddi Services was great! They are prompt, helpful, hard workers, they know plumbing, and they are patient especially working with the county.

Grossly late (5 hours) for scheduled appointment. Promised to call but no call from vendor. We had to initiate the calls. Because of repeated lateness, promised to limit charge to upper range of estimate ($500). In the end, charge was $732. People were nice.

Very well. The tech, Marco, was excellent. It turned out to be a very unusual problem caused by my water softener system.

They have always done an excellent job. They are always on time. I thought the price of the water heater was a little high, but it's a big size water heater.

I had a garbage disposal and a utility faucet replaced. I was never provided an estimate of cost prior to the work being done. In my wildest imagination, I would have never thought it would cost $1,300 for parts and labor. I am angry and outraged that a company given such high ratings in Angies List would take advantage of a Sun City resident.

I called Reddi Services in the morning and they arrived early afternoon on the same day to do the repair. Pepe was the service tech. and he did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumbing repair performed. Very professional and respectful great guy.

It went better then I thought. Our water heater was leaking water and going into the back yard and even started to leak in the house. I called 2 places but they could not come out right away because it was 10pm and they were on calls. So, I went to Angie's List and found Reddi Services and called and spoke to a tech named Pepe. Well I could not believe it, Pepe came right over and shut the water off to the water heater and disconnected some lines and then the next morning he had one job to do and he came right over around 8:30 and took the Water Heater out and I followed him in his truck and we took it back to Home Depot. We had to wait to get the credit for the old Water Heater and that took a long time but Pepe just was patient and just waited until the Home Depot Cashier was done. Then Pepe helped me pick out a great new Water Heater and then we took it home and Pepe installed it. Wow, is Pepe fast and Efficient. It was an excellent job done and he even cleaned up the area very well. I never even heard of Reddi Services before but because of Pepe, I will always use Reddi Services and request Pepe.

It went super. On a holiday weekend we contacted Reddi Services for a drain problem. They were wonderful! Marco Prieto showed up on time and ready to fix our problem. He was such a nice and knowledgeable service person who also was very professional.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Reddi Services/Jan Ashford. I had never used them before and they were very quick to get back to me and called me 30 minutes before the plumbing technician came the day of the scheduled service. He flushed the water heater and did the inspection I had purchased through Angie's List. The house is 21 years old and had a few other projects that were shared with me (most of them I was aware would probably be needed to be updated). Gerald was person who came over and he was very professional and after the whole home inspection, gave me an estimate for the other areas that needed to be fixed. It seemed a little high on the price, but I also didn't want to do the work myself and I haven't needed plumbing service for the most part in the 21 years we've lived in the house. I felt Gerald did a great job and at the completion of the work, he went through and showed me everything he had accomplished. I would use them again, and I appreciated the quality of the work Gerald did on the plumbing of our home.

Jorge came in diagnosed the problem and went right to work. Minutes later the clog was gone and we had a drain that functioned again. He explained how to deal with future drain backups. 5 stars for the work, and the professionalism.

Fast and successful. Jorge was courteous, respectful, prompt, clean. He's knowledgeable, personable, and very ethical. This occurred on Christmas Eve. I called and asked for morning service. Reddi Services is excellent. No extra charges for weekend, holiday, emergency. Jorge had our line cleared in less than 40 minutes.

The Technician, Ben Aguilar, did a great job. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was very courteous and helpful. He was kind enough to answer all my questions. First and foremost he was honest and did not push or even suggest having additional work done. He came prepared with a nice truck and everything he needed. Came dressed professionally with Reddi Services attire. I will use them the next time I need any type of plumbing work done. Also, he came pretty late in the evening at no additional charge. I'm glad I found this company.

I really appreciate that Marco explained so much to me so that I could understand. He had an extremely helpful attitude!

Jan Ashford Plumbing is now in partnership with Reddi Services, and Reddi had a plumber to our house in less than two hours. Marco was fantastic...great work ethic, knowledgeable and with a great attitude and personality. He went above and beyond the call of duty! We were really pleased and impressed. I believe we have found a company and great plumber for all of our future needs.

This was Ben's second trip to our home for repairs and we would not hesitate to welcome him back for a 3rd time if needed. Reddi Services has the most professional service techs and their prices are competitive.
