Benjamin Aguilar was our service professional, and he was top-notch. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need which was awesome, and I will definitely use them again soon since I have a couple of other non-emergency issues that need to be looked at. It's great to find someone I trust!

I had another plumbing company at my home the day before for the same kitchen sink clog. They were not able to unclog drain (snaked outside clean out, not sure why) and told me I had major pipe issues, obstructions etc. Contacted Reddi Services and Raymond was able to fix the clog with no problem by snaking the pipe right under the sink . He was very knowledgeable, professional and honest!!!!! I have all ready recommended REddi Services to friends. I will use them again!!!

There's a reason we call Reddi Services and ask for Ben -- he shows up when he says he will, he's polite, but mostly he's knowledgeable. We had a hot water dispenser hose that had sprung a leak. Ben got under the sink to remove the hose. He thought for a while on how to prevent the same issue from happening again, and replaced a section of hose with copper tubing. While Ben was under there, he found a small leak due to failed caulking on the sink basket. He replaced the rusted basket and recaulked. We absolutely will call Reddi Services again, and ask for Ben.

When told of my emergency, Reddi Services said they could have someone out within 1 hour. Raymond Vasquez arrived in 45 minutes! His service was exceptional and he went out of his way to accommodate my situation. I had plans with my guests that day and he made my schedule his priority. I trusted him enough to replace water heater in the garage while I left for the day (leaving the doors to the house locked). He replaced the water heater in an adequate amount of time, leaving the area very clean. He also noticed the connection to my garden hose and faucet was leaking and fixed it as a courtesy to me. Raymond was very professional and service-oriented, proving to be very trustworthy, as well. I would highly recommend Reddi Services, and ask for Raymond Vasquez - he's awesome!

My Plumber was Gerald, he was great. He had a personality, was punctual, provided a fact based quote prior to beginning work. Left the area's cleaner than when he started. Great Guy and Great Service.

Tough job, took 2.5 hours on the roof but Marco Prieto did the job and cleared the sewer line for our family.

Needed service on a Sunday. Came out at 8:00 pm at no additional cost.

We called at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. We were told there was a technician in our area working on another job and that he would call as soon as he finished the job. Around 7:30 we received a call that Benjamin Aguilar was on his way, if it was not too late for us. Mr. Aguilar quickly assessed the problem and went right to work. He was polite and professional and obviously quite knowledgeable about his profession. If we need plumbing services again, we will call Reddi Services and ask for Benjamin Aguilar, if he is available.

I was very satisfied with the work.

Bob was great!!! He didn't use jargon, explained what was happening and why, and what to do about it. He told us what to do to fix it ourselves (it involved some new silicone sealant and related cleanups around the shower door and spraying bleach water where the leak came through into the garage ceiling. He told us exactly what materials to get from the hardware store and we were able to fix the problem ourselves. He could have given us a price for them to do it, but it was something anyone a little handy could do. We asked what the cost for the visit was, and he said "no charge" as he hadn't done any work. If we ever have a real plumbing problem, this is the company we will call.

Fabulous!! The service person discovered that there were no leaks in the pipes, but the silicone seal around the base of the shower had cracked after 24 years. He advised us what type of sealant to get and to check other bathrooms to ensure there were no other failures. He was knowledgeable, informative, answered every question, and gave us exactly the information we needed to fix the problem ourselves.

Excellent!!! The problem was fixed using Bob's advice and everything is great.

Ben came out right on time. He diagnosed the problem and then shied me the failed parts that needed to be replaced. He was awesome. Repair was completed quickly and all is good now.

Good. They came two days after another company left us all weekend unable to use water or flush toilets. They cleared the clog in less than 15 minutes, and did the video camera to find out there were more clogs and roots in broken pipes. They were there the next day and did really hard labor on a hot day and were very professional and showed me what they were doing as they went alone.

Great!!! Called that morning for an estimate. Arrived within a couple hours and after the quote we decided to hire Gerald S for the job. Had it completed quickly and efficiently! Gerald S was extremely friendly, honest, respectful and we knew we wanted no one else to do the job! We just moved to the Phoenix area and found Reddi Services online and chose them for their great reviews. We will use only them in the future!!! Great job Gerald S!!!! Excited to see you next time!!! Jorge Prieo-Moran was the technician. He took care of everything and even, at my request, removed the misting system. He explained each new every thing to me, was competent, polite and professional.

Excellent; this gentleman did a fine job and was very courteous and professional.

Gerald came in did an actual inspection including checking the power for the pump. Asked for a wire hanger and mechanically got the pump to work. Once he did that the pump worked without assistance. He took the time to explain to me why a grinder, or a larger sized, pump was not needed for our application. He did recommend that when we replace the pump in the future what pump brand to use and why. He did an incredible job explaining the pros and cons of what our present pump offered in comparison with a Gould pump. We look forward to use Reddi Plumbing in the future.

ReddiService was able to fit me into their schedule that same afternoon. Chris Shuck showed up at about 3:45 p.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to make the repair quickly and efficiently. The job itself didn't take more than 15-20 minutes as he has the needed part on his truck. I was able to use a $25 gift card that I had received previously from the company. So I actually paid $165.50 rather than the originally quoted price. I thought the price was a little high but truthfully since I didn't obtain any other bids it could have been in line with what other plumbing companies charge. I've used this company before and like them.

Marco was polite, courteous and handled a very difficult situation efficiently and effectively. He was great!

I made the call and it was answered on the 2nd ring! I told the rep what my issue was and she said no problem, they could get someone out to me on a Sunday! Within the hour I got a call my tech was on his way! When Pepe showed up I knew I was in good hands. He was all business and ready to tackle the issue. He had to repair someone else's work and replace the water spout/diverter valve as the original one was completely destroyed. No amount of CLR would have help. I already had a new shower head but he was able to supply the new water spout/diverter valve. Within an hour or so we had a fully functional shower again! Thank you Pepe for getting it done! Also, thank you for taking the time to explain the other services you offer. I'll be requesting you on our new two projects next week! Thank you Pepe!

Marco P. arrived and it was obvious from the beginning that he was willing to work with me on this problem, even though he wasn't clear on how the 1986 spa had been plumbed. It worked - he actually got it cleared - no tearing up concrete. The price was less than half of what I had already paid for no result with the other company. I am a VERY happy customer.

Gerald came and was early and very friendly and professional! Explained everything about the water heater and was careful to keep everything clean! Couldn't have ask for a more professional and efficient worker!!!
