We want to compliment the work of Matt Hurlburt of Reddi Services. He came to check out our a/c unit which possibly needed a drip pan replacement. Rather than sell us on a new pan, he suggested repairing it and it would be serviceable for years to come. When I mentioned that another technician had said the drain pipes were going uphill causing standing water, he said that the pipes were just sagging and suggested propping them up with some wood. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Our other unit was out at the time and another vendor had told us that the compressor went out. He gave us a second opinion and said that the compressor was fine and that the unit was just low on freon. That saved us several thousand dollars! If it hadn’t been for Matt Hurlburt, we would have been duped into replacing a perfectly good compressor and drip pan. We appreciate his honesty and excellent workmanship. Matt will forever be our first call on any and all future air conditioning and plumbing needs. Reddi Services is truly blessed to have someone as ethical as Matt Hurlburt representing your company. We were referred to Reddi Services by two different people and they were right when they said you were a very good company. When our former circulation pump refused to function I called Reddi Services and requested Marco, as he had done plumbing work for us previously and we were always more than satisfied. Marco arrived here on time, fixed the problem, and was gone in less than one hour. He is a very good ambassador for Reddi Services, as he is prompt, has all the tools he needs, finishes promptly, and has a very nice personality! We will use him again.

Marco arrived as scheduled and immediately reviewed our concerns and a quotation was presented to us, which we accepted. Repairs were made in two bathrooms much faster then I had anticipated. All issues were professionally resolved. Marco was very thorough in all that he did. I was also very impressed with Reddi Services dispatch in that they listened to my requests and promptly responded with schedule options for repair. Reddi Services is my source for all my plumbing needs.

Called at 8pm on a Sat. nite. Bryant L arrived shortly thereafter. Repair was done efficiently and quickly. Bryant was courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient answering all my questions. He is definitely an asset to your very good and reliable company.

Ben Aguilar from Reddi Services replaced our toilets and did a great job. I ordered them from Lowe's and he went and picked them up so I wouldn't have to and did a very professional job of installing them. He even made a separate trip back to adjust them when they weren't flushing properly.

Great. Within two days Brent and Matt had done the sewer and some other work, and Matt Hurlburt waded through a tiresome list to complete all tasks. Everyone is happy with "my" speedy response that you made possible, and the closing of our home is in sight.

Had a leak in front yard, on my main water line, hoping it was a simple leak turned out to be a major repair due to the pipe being old and not fixable. Chris was my technician, explained what was going on and took on the tremendous work of replacing my front line. He was going to make sure that it would get done so I would have water that day. Chris S. has serviced my AC for a few years now, and I've never had any issues. Chris S. is always punctual and professional and is willing to help where he can. This particular service was due to a smell that thought was coming from my AC. After checking over the unit Chris found that the smell was not something coming from the unit, and took the time to explain what he found. I will always use Reddi and request Chris Shuck.

Ben Aguilar arrived on time and had the problem fixed in just a few minutes. I was ready to pay for the service call but he didn't charge us. Ben also installed 2 new toilets several years ago, and was great. Ben is so personable and very good at his job. We've used Reddi Services several times in the past for water heater as well as whole house water filter installation and have always been pleased with the work, timliness, cleanup. And all of the technicians have been really nice people! Highly recommended.

Cesar Sanchez was very informative. As soon as I described the problem, he was able to locate and fix it. Cesar was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will certainly call him again for problems I may have in the future.

I've been using Reddi Services for years for my ac, sump pump, and plumbing. Today Matt Maitor did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet. He was super professional, friendly, and helpful with my questions. Five stars for sure!! ッ

Chris Shuck was very helpful. He thought it might be a root problem, but was successfully able to clear the blockage in our lines. We were very pleased with Chris' service and he gave us a senior discount! We will definitely use Reddi Services again! We recommend them highly!

So far so good. I've used ReddiServices in the past and they have always done good work. I especially like the service specialist Benjamin Agular. He is always professional and efficient. In this case, he evaluated the problem and offered different options to correct the problem. I appreciate his honesty and patience.

Our technician, Marco Prieto was excellent. He arrived within the house after I called Reddi Plumbing and immediately assessed the situation and started work. He was efficient and also shown concerned for our situation. He worked until around 9pm getting the water pipe repaired and we so appreciated his work. I have not used Reddi Plumbing before, but I will now use them for all my plumbing needs.

Bryant from Reddi Services responded rather quickly. Within the hour? Yes! Now that's quick. Of course I tried doing the normal stuff like removing the plumbing under the sink but that wasn't the problem. Bryant snaked the outside service access and that did the trick. Sometimes its best to call the pros. Now I have my weekend to relax.

I always ask for Benjamin Aguilar for any plumbing needs. He's professional and friendly. Always resolves the problem efficiently. Immaculate clean-up.

Matt was a great service tech. He arrived promptly, did speedy work but was very thorough. He was very pleasant and professional. I'd hire this company again.

Reddi Services was contracted to pump and inspect a septic system on a property we purchased. After several months in dealing with "septic" odor, we contact Reddi Services to obtain a copy of the tank inspection, and have them help us determine the cause. Reddi Services never responded, not did they forward a copy of the inspection report. We contacted an alternate septic service to determine the cause of the problem. The new contractor revealed that Reddi Services pumped the tank through one 4" pipe. They failed to open and drain the tank through the main 18" caps. The contractor removed both caps, to find that the first section was nearly full and the second section was completely full. The 4' pipe was cracked, which was though to be the cause of the odor. Reddi Services provided no assistance and claimed, "there's no warranty" for this! Pretty, (pun intended) crappy way to run a business!! Pay for a job they failed to do correctly and there is no warranty or refund offered! Find an honorable company that stands by their work, and is willing to make it right if there is a mistake made! It certainly is not Reddi Services!

The spout in our shower was leaking and we called Reddi Services to perform the repairs. They were at our house within a couple of hours. Matt Mattox was our technician was very professional and did great work. The repair was done quickly with no problems.
