 + -1 moreI contacted Reddi Services to perform an internal camera inspection of sewer piping for a house my husband and I are under contract to purchase. The people I talked to on the phone were very helpful and I got scheduled for the very next day. Raymond showed up early within the 2-hour window, made sure he understood what I wanted to have done, and got right to work. He was awesome--best $150 I've ever spent. Worth every penny. The camera video was super-clear, and he was able to detect where the camera was laterally and depth-wise when it reached the end of a run which was very useful. I will definitely contact Reddi Services again for any plumbing issues.

Description of Work: I took apart a laundry sink, and created a leak in a supply pipe. I could tell that the valves were close to 100% shot, and needed help asap as another project was contingent on the water supply working.

Description of Work: My tub in the guest bathroom was leaking and draining from the overflow in to the adjacent room carpeting. My Mom and sister were arriving in 2 days an would be using the guest bathroom. Pepe ( Jose Delaluz Munoz) from Reddi came out the next morning, on appointment time, and looked at my tub situation. He was very personable, professional and had a clean Reddi shirt. Pepe explained what needed to be done and got to work right away. He had the right tools and replacement stem valves. He installed and tested the valves and put in a new overflow drain water spigot and drain plug I had previously purchased. He also gave me a tip on how to clean calcium depost stains. He cleaned up the work area after completion. A job well done!

Price was about 10-15% higher than other estimates I received but turned out to be worth it especially since Reddi had a tech there within hours of my call, well ahead of competitors time estimates. Another point I appreciated is that Gerald completed the work in a very timely fashion not dragging things out to seemingly justify pricing.
Description of Work: Somewhat small job of hose bibb replacement but was mounted directly on main water line into the house so no room for error now or in the future.

 + -1 morePepe Munoz made our day by quickly diagnosing the problem after he listened to me explaining the problem we were experiencing, and the work that had been done this morning to bring the area under the sink up to current electrical codes. Pepe and I talked over what he discovered when he started looking for the leak, and how he would mitigate the problem. After the first leak was stopped Pepe Munoz discovered a second more serious leak when he turned on the current disposal, it too leaked. I got Pepe's business card so we can ask for him the next time we call Reddi Services.
Description of Work: Pepe Munoz diagnosed the problem with the waste water pipe and the garbage dismal that were leaking and did an excellent job in stopping the leak we were experiencing. Pepe munoz has done an excellent job representing Reddi Services each and every time he has worked on our homes plumbing. Thank you Reddi Services.

He was very customer driven with the plumbing work and inspection. I felt based on other plumbing work the price was little high. Also they give you a 10% discount for Angie's list customers seniors. The bill was $790. but Gerald said they could only take off $25.00. Over all satisfied with the work just concerned about the cost. and the 10%.
