Jorge showed up during the schedule time period and completed all the required work quickly and effectively. He was very professional to work with and explained the work that needed to be done.

I want to compliment Brent Sanderson and Bryant L. for how helpful they were. They came around 8PM, were friendly and so helpful. Within a few minutes they fixed the repairs we needed. I will definitely use Reddiservices whenever I need a plumber. These two young men give your company a good name. They were professional, efficient, and friendly.

We noticed damage to our wall near the shower and called Reddi based on others’ reviews. They immediately dispatched someone and while we anticipated some fee for the service call, we were told they do will not charge to come see the issue which impressed us. Within 90 minutes Gerald Schulz came to visit us. He was excellent - quickly assessing the situation and addressing our problem. He was honest, trustworthy, and while he could have easily made it much bigger than it was, he was straightforward and said it was actually not a plumbing issue but rather a glass enclosure issue that had to be repaired. We felt reassured by his opinion, especially given the time he took to come out to see it on a service call. He went on to educate us on several other plumbing maintenance issues all around our home which was wonderful - took time to teach us so many preventative maintenance things that we could easily do to ensure no future problems. Truly a gentleman and class act. And for all this - no charge for the call. We very impressed with both him, as well as this company for their prompt attention and customer service.

Three visits from one plumbing outfit did not solve the problem. Three visits from Reddi Services did solve the problem. My plumber got on the phone to the manufacturer of the parts and got the right parts delivered and installed. He did not give up on the job until it was done and done right!

It was complicated because we needed many the parts for this value. It ended up being a total valve replacement, which was guaranteed by the original manufacturer. My plumber even got on the phone with them to make sure all the correct parts were sent because they weren't the first time we contacted them. This plumber stayed with the job (3 visits) until it was done correctly. Most plumbers wouldn't do that but Gerald Schultz did that -- he has solid ethics and a dedication to doing the job right! A true professional.

Great! Got the old one shower head off, cleaned everything up, replaced it. Installed new RO system after figuring out why the old one failed. Fixed the original problem so that the new one doesn't do the same thing.

Gerald S. from Reddi came to do this work for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. He answered so many questions that I had. I will definitely be asking for him again if I have a plumbing issue. He's awesome!!

We called and had someone here on the same day. The company was easy to work with. Marco Prieto did an outstanding job. He explained what was wrong and installed the new cartridge, tested it. The shower handle is now working better than it has in 15 years.

Wonderful C Shuck was great. He was able to fix my faucets from water spraying everywhere. He was informative, polite, and quick. I highly recommend him.

Had Reddi services come out to install new faucets. Marco Prieto was prompt, polite and professional. This is the second repair he has helped with at our home, and we will ask for him again by name. Highly recommended.

I own an older home, and with it, the potential for frequent plumbing problems. For the past few years I have relied exclusively on Reddi Services to resolve a variety of issues, and every time I’ve ended up with a well-trained, knowledgeable individual who took care of the problem(s) in a timely manner; what’s more, the technicians have all been very personable (easy to work with). On June 8th I discovered that my kitchen sink would no longer drain, so I called Reddi Services to take care of the problem, as well as to fix a couple of other plumbing problems that I’d put on the “back burner,” since the other issues weren’t critical. Reddi Services sent Brent to my house within a very reasonable amount of time, and Brent had everything repaired and working like new soon after his arrival. I can’t say enough about the knowledge, ability, and friendliness of Brent, and for that matter, all of the Reddi Services employees I’ve dealt with – I highly recommend the company.

Our garbage disposal quit right in the middle of cleaning up after Sunday dinner. Called Reddi Services Monday morning and, after giving all the necessary info, was told they'd call us right back with an appointment time. After waiting an hour and a half, I called Reddi again (hence the 'B'). They were quite apologetic for the snafu in communication and said a plumber would be at our house within 45 minutes. Bryant arrived 30 minutes later. He determined that our disposal was clogged and got it working again. However, since we had no idea how old the disposal was and it had always rattled since we moved in, we asked Bryant to replace the disposal with a new one that we purchased (during the wait time). Bryant switched them out promptly. Bryant was great - very professional in manner and dress, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and concerns.

Extremely satisfied with work. Pepe, the service technician, is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and through. He showed up as promised, in uniform with service vehicle well stocked with items to complete the work. Worked continuously in excess of six hours to complete the work. I have had problems with frozen gate valves, thus not being able to shut off water to specific faucets as well as toilets. Replaced all gate valves with ball valves. Pepe was able to remove & replace washing machine valves prior to my having my washer & dryer replaced - same time frame. Was able to then install new washer & dryer while he was able to work in another part of the house. Note my home has two water supply systems, thus I had the system for the washer turned back on while turning the kitchen system off. Overall I am extremely pleased with the work performed and would have the same technician back again for other plumbing work.

I requested consultation with Bryant (w/ Reddi Services) again because of a prior consultation in which he offered helpful plumbing advice and answered questions that other consultants (including some plumbers) were not able to provide and ultimately ended up saving me a lot of money. This time I had him install a vacuum pressure breaker between water line from house and line that feeds the pool. He also had to reconfigure another line from a poorly installed misting system water line coming off the same area and did a terrific job redoing portions with copper. Would continue to use Reddi Services in the future and will specifically ask for Bryant again.

My AC went out overnight and I called around 7:10 am to get someone out to repair it. The person on the phone assured me that someone would call with an ETA. At 12:17 pm I called them back and was - again - assured that the dispatcher would call me with an ETA. At 12:49 pm I called them back to cancel and I expressed my frustration with not getting an estimate of when they'd be here. At 12:53 I got a call saying that the technician could be here in 30 minutes, but I'd already found another company who was willing to say when they'd be here. I've used Reddi before - for both plumbing and AC - and those were good experiences. I understand that it's a busy time of year for AC services, but I wasted most of my day waiting on the dispatcher's call.

They never showed up, twice they never showed up. I made an appointment for a Tuesday after 5pm. They called at 5:05pm and said they were 30-40 minutes away. I called at 6:30pm and asked where they were? I was told someone would call me. At 7:25pm they called and apologized and said they could come in 30 minutes, at 8pm. I said no because this was an outdoor water leak and it would be dark. WE rescheduled for the next morning and I was very very clear it needs to be at 7am sharp. They said ok and that I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 7:20am they called and asked if we could set up time for them to come....Really....seriously...After leaving me waiting for 2 hours the night before, not showing up at scheduled time the next morning and acting like they had no idea they were supposed to be there I said "no way, I will find a reliable service"

I called up Reddi Services to address 2 main concerns: 1) Addressing what was relayed to me by 1 plumber, an RO specialist, and an outdoor water mister installer, namely that it appeared that only my heated water was softened. 2) Addressing my concern that I wanted the water supply to my pool to come from the main water supply line before it reached the house (so that I could turn water off to house when going on vacation and not have the pool level drop!) First off, I should say that I called the receptionist to schedule an appointment who stated she would have a dispatcher call me right away to schedule a specific time. I missed the first call, and when I called back was told that a technician was just minutes away. Sure enough, within half an hour of making the appointment my doorbell had already rang. Quite convenient! I am so happy I called this company up because I actually got real answers. I learned that softened water is not meant to be directed to kitchen and certain other areas. (Why did other plumber, RO specialist, and water mister expert say otherwise ??) It was good to hear that my house plumbing was correct and didn't need any modifications. I also learned that houses out here tend to have one water line running off the pre-house water intake being diverted to irrigation (or pool) and another line running off hose bib on the other end of the house (that unfortunately just comes off the house line - likely because trenching another line all the way around the house is quite expensive) supplying the pool (or irrigation) and that both irrigation and pool cannot come off the same line as - for complex reasons - there could be risk for contamination into the city water. Although I ultimately did not require any services performed I walked way with a good understanding why it would NOT be wise for me to pay a significant amount of money to have extra work performed (namely capping off the pool water supply line and trenching a supply line from the same irrigation line) as had been recommended by ANOTHER plumbing company. In summary, Bryant w/ Reddi Services is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, saved me money and time by getting his expert second opinion, and I would call him back for any work or other questions I'll have in the future.

Bryant L. came out to my home last Saturday for a repair on my tub faucet and drain. He did an outstanding job! He answered all of my questions and I could tell he was extremely knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

It never rains but...twice in the past month we had water leaks that had to be dealt with asap. We called Reddi Services the first time, and Juan was there quickly, and replaced the parts involved and resolved the issue efficiently. So when we had a leak under the sink that we couldn't stop, we called them again. Jorge again was there soon, and again did an excellent and efficient job. Both gentlemen explained everything well, were super courteous, and really helped us out.

Pepe worked very hard and did an excellent job. The job was more involved than we originally thought, but he was able to get the water to go down the sink very well. Pepe was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself.

Had a slow running toilet and came to Angie's list and the reviews were great. Called Reddi Services and they were here within a couple hours, got the toilet working and the technician Brett was just amazing. Only other thing I can add is that if, or more exactly when, I have plumbing issues Reddi will be my go to company. I don't think you could do better.

I originally requested a new toilet to be installed. When the service tech, Bryant Laffarga, checked the existing toilet, he found it just needed a new flapper and handle. Bryant was very personable. I will definitely call Reddi Services again and will request Bryant.
