Description of Work: We had two leaky faucets, a slow draining sink and a leaky toilet valve. The plumber gave us a cost estimate before he performed the requested repairs. He was prompt, professional, left the bathroom spotless and the final cost matched his estimate. We will definitely use Reddi Services again.

Description of Work: Scheduled with the company for an estimate on a leaker shower. The first attempt did not happen as we had trouble connecting. Part of this was my fault since I was unable to answer the initial call saying the plumber was on his way. Since I was unable to answer the call they diverted him to the next call. Unfortunately, when I later received a call to say that he would be finishing that job and on his way to me within 2 hours, he wasnt. I had to cancel this call due to the lateness of the hour (close to 10 pm) and reschedule. The next appointment went very well. I felt the plumber, Gerald, was professional, knowledgable and honest. He submitted his estimate exactly like our consversation. I scheduled the job with this company. Gerald was there, professional and polite. He called me with an unexpected problem that turned out not to be what we thought. He was upfront and informative. As always, you never really want to have to pay a lot of money for a repair, but I feel that the cost of this repair was reasonable based on the estimate and the work done.

Description of Work: Was pleased with the whole experience. Answered all my questions and showed me the video of my pipes to the sewer in the street and back to the house. Gave me piece of mind that my drains were in great condition for a 28 year old house. Would use again.

Description of Work: Had to cut out and replace a section of pipe , they did a great job . Clogged t-section of pipe.

Description of Work: Reddi Services originally sent out a plumber to fix two running toilets and a dripping faucet. Upon arrival, the plumber found that the toilets had parts that he did not have access to and he was unable to fix. He did fix the dripping faucet. He explained to me that I needed to order the parts for the toilets and he would return to fix them at a later date. Later,when the parts arrived, I set up a date for repair, and the company returned, with no extra charge, to repair the toilets. Repairs were done in an orderly manner in an acceptable time period. The plumbers were respectful and described the work that they had to do and did what they said they would do. I was very satisfied with the work of the plumbers and the integrety of the management of the company. I will use them again in the future. I also received a $25 gift card for future use with Reddi Services.

Description of Work: We just experienced another great member of Angie's List. We called Reddi Services about a leak under our kitchen sink. We called them last Friday and set up an appointment with them to come out on Monday 2-18. They said they would call and give us a 2 hr window as to when they would arrive at our house. They called with that information so we were able to leave work early to get home. Roger from Reddi Services arrived within that 2 hr window with a smile and a take charge, lets see what the problem is!! After determining what exactly needed to be done he got to work fixing the problem!!! One, two, three the problem was fixed - we wrote him a check - said thank's - the leak was fixed and all was right again!!! They certainly deserve the rating they enjoy with Angie's List!!!

Description of Work: we woke up with standing water in a bathroom, on a sunday morning. i read the reviews and called reddi first. they said they would have someone out in 1-2 hours. they arrived in 1 and a half hours. they gave me a quote, i had them do that work, and they also fixed a valve in the shower.

Description of Work: This a Rental home, and I wasn't there to observe his work. He had to replace a bathroom faucet that was leaking badly. He replaced it and all is well. I've had no complaints from the tenants; so i'm happy with the service.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's list deal for $59. Reddi Services came out for an estimate to install 3 bathroom faucets. The time estimate was way too high and they originally were giving me no credit for the Angie's List deal. I called the main office and they said I could deduct $59 (that's what I paid for the deal! - I was supposed to get a "free" hour of labor @ $119!). They finally agreed to give me an hour of labor for the Angie's List deal. The time estimate was still too high so I did not use them. I had the faucets installed by a local handyman for about 1/2 the price Reddi Services was charging. Angie's List refunded my deal cost.

Description of Work: He was very professional, and found the problem with two of our toilets right away. I was really afraid it was a slab leak, so it was so nice to know it was easily fixed!
