Description of Work: The sinks do not tip correctly for drainage and water collects near drain that causes calcium buildup unless I dry the sinks out after each use. Also the front panels of the cabinets come off.

Description of Work: My wife and I contacted rebath with regards to a kitchen remodel. We were told that they only wanted to come out to measure our space if we were serious, otherwise it would be a waste of their time. They came out to measure our kitchen and discovered one wall was 4 inches deeper than the one next to it that had a dividing wall in between. We wanted to remove the dividing wall to have a more open feel. Rebath couldn't figure out a solution and came back to re-measure. We never heard from them again. They promised a new kitchen design, but apparently couldn't figure out how to build a wall out four inches. Luckily, we found someone who could. The lack of professionalism alone would be reason enough not to hire this company.

Description of Work: We went into the showroom to see what they have to offer. Provided them with a rough scope of work for two baths and a kitchen counter remodel. The assistance we got in the store turned us off immediately. It seemed as if we were putting them out by being there. Their rough estimate was not even in the ball park, over twice what anyone else was estimating. Needless to say we will not even invite them to come to the house to provide an estimate.

 + -1 moreThey were way too expensive and it was $150 over than the company I used priced. I tried calling them one day and could not get a hold of them, but when I called the next day I spoke to the owner. I know that they have been in business for a while.
Description of Work: ReBath gave me an estimate in July to refinish a fiberglass tub.

 + -1 moreOne gentleman performed the entire process alone, except for the plumber who installed the new plumbing. He was punctual in arriving at the scheduled time. After placing drop cloths on my floors, he worked diligently the first day to carefully remove the old surface, haul it out in bags, and prepare the area to receive the new surfaces the next day. On the second day, the new materials went up and he even reset and grouted floor tiles that had to be removed previously to accommodate the new wider shower. Following completion, he carefully cleaned up the area and left me with a beautiful shower, complete with seat, corner shelves, and grab bars. All in all, it was a most satisfying completion to this project.
Description of Work: Re-Bath removed all the tile and fixtures in my old shower. Numerous cracks in the floor of the shower had raised my concern about mold underneath, so I opted for a full replacement and not just a liner. I was relieved to find that there was no mold underneath, but feel greater confidence in the new shower because I was able to view the sub flooring myself.

 + -1 moreTechnician came early. Technician was originally to need one and one-half days to complete work. Technician completed work in 12 hours, and worked diligently to complete work. All material removed and used, including the driveway waste, was removed and the work areas were left clean. The quality of the work is superb. Everything about the finished product and the installation process was exactly as promised by the person providing the estimate. The technician additionally took extra care to avoid damaging adjacent flooring, walls, access doorways, carpeting to the work area, exterior access doors, and driveway. We are very impressed with this company and the work ethic of its' employees.
Description of Work: Company came to our home to demolish and remove an original tub/shower unit and replace that with a custom full shower unit.

 + -1 moreI would recommend Arizona Re-bath because they were really great! They knew exactly what I needed. They saved me money and time rather than replacing the shower itself. Overall they were a great company to work with.
Description of Work: Arizona Re-bath had to repair my shower because it had a leak. I don't remember how much they charged for repairing it.

Description of Work: They replaced a cracked shower liner. The work quoted was well in excess of what was needed. They were very prompt to come out a give that quote though.

 + -1 moreTHE WHITE SHEETS OF PLASTIC HAVE NOT YELLOWED OR WARPED. THEY HAVE HELD UP. THE CAULKING, HOWEVER, TURNED YELLOW. THE COMPANY SAID, "JUST GIVE US A CALL AND WE WILL RE-CAULK IT FOR FREE". THEY HAVE DONE THAT TWICE, BUT NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE US. THIS IS BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT THE FRANCHISE, AND HE DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THE WORK COMPLETED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. WE FEEL THAT THEY ARE NOT BACKING THE OVERALL PRODUCT BY DOING THIS.
