I spoke to a rebath contractor about replacing my shower . They quoted me 19,500 dollars for a shower replacement and a bathroom exhaust fan installation . They got me approved for a loan for 19,500 . The interest rate for the loan was 16% . I feel like I was manipulated, and coerced into signing the contract . I called to cancel 7 days later and they told me there was a 25% cancellation fee and that I was not within the 3 day period to cancel , and that I have to pay the cancelation fee because I signed a contract. This is a company who overcharges for there work and materials , and they push predatory loans with high interest rates , and if you don't cancel within 3 days they will charge you a 25% cancelation fee . This is not a company who has ethical business practices and looks out for the well being of there customers . Please don't use them , I don't want anyone else to get cheated the way I was

Great job. Jesus is a master craftsman. He had help with the complete demo down to studs and busting the concrete to expose the trap pipe. After that it was all him - he did the trap pipe and rough valve plumbing, widening the entrance, installed Denshield tile board, framing for niches, floorplan mortar and rubber shield, tiling and grouting. Best part was the collaboration along the way and flexibility to accommodating my listelle design change. They were the highest quote but we felt confident they were the best choice. Only the electrical and glass door was done very by others.

Great, We had a very detailed contract. Two gentlemen who did work were craftsmen, employees of the company.

Very poor workmanship. Overpriced. A few weeks ago we had to have the whole shower replaced as it was leaking on both sides of the shower and mold was developing.

it was a mess. They were working in my master bathroom "upstairs" and then at one point water came down in my kitchen. The water started flowing from the kitchen lights. Not a few drops of water ??buckets and buckets of water. The water continued coming down for about 20 minutes. Thats all I want to disclose but they refused to cooperate and dry the damage properly. It was the worst experience I have ever been through. The owner of the company is very rude and insulting. BEWARE!!!! do not use this company!!!!

They have a military discount. I was very pleased with the work they did. It was expensive and I really didn't want to spend that much but sometimes to get good quality work you have to pay for it. I would use them again in the future.

I just wasn't happy with them at all. When they came out, they showed me the product they'd use which I thought wasn't tile. It was something that looked like tile. It's an imitation and I didn't like the material and the price for it was outrageous. After I told him no and that I was gonna get more bids, I think he must have called me two or three times after that. He was getting on my nerves and it's bugging me. He said, "You're gonna have three places bath tubbed, that's really bad." When another company came in, he said, "No, your bath tubs are fine. There's nothing wrong with it." He was pretty responsive and he was here on time.

First everything was fine and nice however after a couple of years in, water started to go under the liner very slowly that it wasn't really noticeable. Last year it was almost impossible to take a shower without falling so we called them. 3 to 4 months later somebody came over and "fixed" the issue however bubbles could still be seen. Today it is back to a flood under the tub and it gets again really dangerous to take a shower (like being on a surf board). We've been calling and left message and only once Scott picked up the phone and said he'll show up. Of course he never said when or bother to call before to make sure somebody was home and he left his card. It's been weeks now and still couldn't get an hold on somebody to come again to fix the leak. My in-laws are coming in 2 weeks and they have MS, I wonder what would happen if they break their neck in the tub because of this? Maybe a class action is in vigor.

Due to poor quality workmanship - installer - we had to have the tub/shower replaced 2 times, completely. Then floor in tub/shower was cracking, so they installed liner. Entire process took 6 months to complete; with little help from office, including many many calls w/ manager. Now caulking is turning yellow. Have placed 3 calls to have them come out. First call - scheduler will return your call w/i 48 hours. No callback. Called Tuesday - scheduler will call by end of day. No callback. Office person had standard answers "they'll call you today". Left message this morning. We are DONE w/ ReBath. We would not recommend them to anyone.

Their small product color selection was not quite to our taste, and one rude worker made for an uncomfortable situation during installation. The first time we tried to use the shower after project completion, the bathtub faucet became dislodged. It was fixed immediately by the company founder, though, and has worked properly since. The final product looks very nice, but we would have preferred a lighter color palette.

"After visiting Re-Bath's show room we decided that this would be a good company that would stand behind their work. We were wrong as our shower project does not look anything like the workmanship in their showroom. The grout lines are all different sizes and many of the tiles are crooked. For $10,000, we expected to have all the tiles cut the correct size and the grout lines to be even. After the project was completed, I contacted the salesman about the inferior tile work. He promised that he would have the VP call the next day. That was at the end of September and we have not heard a word from anyone at Re-Bath. I have sent the salesman several e-mails that have been ignored. They guaranteed their work and said that they "use only the finest craftsman". They do not guarantee their work and I would never ever recommend this company. Stay away from them!

We never heard back from him! He was here 10/9/13, we left a message for him 10/18/13 inquiring about our estimate. He NEVER returned our call, and we have yet to hear back from him about the estimate. Business must be too good for Re-Bath...

I was initially shocked by the estimate, but I accepted it because I wanted a top notch job done in a timely manner, which they guaranteed. The job was at my 93-years-old mother's home and I wanted her as inconvenienced as little as possible. I was pleased with all the people I encountered. They were courteous and the workmen were relatively neat and tidy and accommodating. I believe that they did a fine job...until the end. At that point they were hurrying to complete the job, which they finished in half the estimated time (five days instead of ten). I too was pleased to get the job finished early and to have the use of the bathrooms again. I only had a quick look before I had to sign off on the job (late Friday afternoon), but I was not worried because I had only paid half of the total. Upon examining the work I realized that some of the detailing was not of high quality. By that I am referring to the caulking which was rough in a number of areas and was going to be catching when the shower was squeegeed and cleaned and would eventually pull away. Also, a cut in the "marblestone" material was chipped and rough. There was a small discolored flaw in the Marblestone at eye level and that sheet should not have been used. Lastly, the ends of the decorative strip of glass tile were left exposed and with rough chipped edges. This was at eye level and looked completely unfinished. When I complained about the glass tile they offered a solution that I agreed too. However, the caulking on that fix is rough and the edges do not match perfectly which also draws attention to the fact that it is a retrofix. Most of the questionable caulking areas were redone, however to my eyes those areas still look amateurish. The worker argued with me about every area I pointed out. He told me that I was "picky" and that the industry standard was that if a defect could not be seen at a distance of six feet, it did not need to be corrected! I do not agree, and especially at the amount I was paying. I finally gave them the last payment because I could not stand dealing with it anymore. I am sorry that the job ended on a sour note. I was thinking of having Rebath work on my kitchen, but will not be using them further.

Re-Bath did an outstanding job of completing the remodeling to our satisfaction. Every person that worked on the project was professional and took care to do their work with the utmost of care. Plumber was excellent in installing fixtures and putting all components in place. Glass installers were professional and exact in doing their part. There was a minor change in the style of wall surround that we originally chose, but are happy with the alternative that we ended up with. We now have a showroom quality walk-in shower that is pleasant to use and very easy to keep clean. The larger size, because of the new base, is very nice. The replaced two vanity fixtures match the shower fixtures and overall the bathroom looks brand new. We are very happy with how the project turned out.

Their work and workmanship was average. The follow up fair. I wouldn't recommend them to others.

I wasn't here at the time they did it, my husband was home. They had contractors come for different parts of the job. Some of them were really, really good. The contractors who did the shower stall and bathtub were really good. They had to put some holes in the wall to install a fan and he did excellent work, when he patched it up, it looked great. When the put in the counter top they damaged the wall and it wasn't put in very well. If I used them again, I would ask the right questions to get what I wanted. When the salesman came to explain the job I didn't know enough to ask the right questions.

I had three companies come in and give me estimates. They were the most professional of them all. They had a presentation, and they showed me samples of the material and a video tape of what was going to happen. One said he was going to send in the estimate, and they never did. Another company that came never gave me an estimate. ReBath was a little more expensive, but they did the job. They gave me a life time warranty with this. This is what they do for a living, and not just a handyman. I have not had any problems with it.

It was quite expensive for all the work. We would advise anyone to read the contract closely and make sure they understood it. You need to clearly document your expectations. The work was okay and the materials were fine. They were a little too expensive. It was real mixed. We might use them again.

I did not go with them. I am having work done in my mothers house and I am having the bathrooms redone and trying to get the house ready for sale. Their price was a bit higher than I wanted to go.

I was in the market for bathroom remodeling and selected several companies to follow up with. These people never contacted me. As I had several other likely candidates, I did not follow up with them. They may be a fie company, but I was not impressed.

We were very satisfied with them. They did a marvelous job. My wife is very happy with the bathroom. Their price was reasonable. They were very professional. They listened to us and responded. They were interested in giving us what we wanted and they weren’t just forcing a package. They were very efficient and they cleaned up everyday. They completed on schedule and the workmanship was very good.

They did an excellent job. It's a big company. It is an independently owned and operated company. I would be very quick to recommend them. They were in a control of the whole project, and their contractors came out to do the job. They did an extensive job. I liked everything about them. They were very clean and on time. All the personnel came up like electrician, plumber, tile people, and granite people. They were very professional and did a good job. I didn't get too many bids for the price. The quality of work is excellent. They were very helpful and gave some ideas that I didn't have originally.

I called to ask for an in home free estimate for a condo we own out of state. The person answering the phone was more interested in finding out whether the other homeowner, in this case, my husband, will be present for the estimate or not. Since it's an out of state property, it's difficult for both of us to be there at the same time. And she promised to call back but never bothered to. Thus, I am assuming that to have my husband present for the estimate is more important that gaining a potential customer. I guess I'll never bother using them in the future. It's unfortunate because we really need some work done.

They are quite good. They did a great job. I would have told them to use Angie's list discount. As for the price they were average, same as everybody else about the same cost. I definitely got what my money is worth and I think they did a good job for the value. I will use them in future,
