Awesome! They are really top notch! The father is the one that comes out to explain everything and we’re always really impressed. We’ve had these carpets for years and they made them almost like new. They’re a little more expensive, but it’s worth it. The difference is amazing. They are now our go-to carpet cleaners, and they’re the only ones we’ll use.

They did outstanding. He leaves the spot cleaner for you at no charge. They are always timely and very prompt and so thorough. Extremely reliable and trustworthy.

It’s gone pretty well and I've used them three times. There was one time where I had to have them come back and re-clean tile, but other than that it’s gone well.

They’re excellent! I’ve always used them for my carpet cleaning, but I don’t have carpet any more. They’ve very thorough and you never have to have them come back to fix anything.

Some dust as a result of the duct cleaning but was to be expected. Carpet & rug cleaning went efficiently and quickly. They actually finished before the stated time.

Scheduling was easy; I requested a quote through their website and got a reply within a day, then called to make the appointment. The day of the cleaning they showed up 45 minutes late even though we had an early morning appointment. A two person team showed up and they were both very nice and English speakers, so communication was not an issue, and we went through everything that we wanted done. The cleaning itself was hit-or-miss; they did a fantastic job in some of the harder areas like the master shower, but some other surfaces like the master bathroom counter still needed some work after they were done. They did a great job vacuuming the carpets, but while dusting missed some of the blinds and tops of picture frames. Overall they did pretty good for the price and saved us a significant amount of work. I would use them again in the future but would supervise to make sure things were cleaned to my liking before they left.

The price I think is reasonable for the work they did. What stood out to me about them is their professionalism, the quality of their work they did and how responsive they were to anything issue or concern are raise.

Again! They are terrific! I would use them again in an instant and have referred them out to many! I found out about Lacks via an advertisement in the mail and have never been sorry that I called them! They are always, ready to help on the phone, prompt when they come to the house and always do an amazing job! Terrific!!

The price was very good. They were very personable. They do a professional job that I like. They were very pleasant people to deal with. They do show up on time. I really like them. I have been using them for about 3 or 4 years now.

The service we received was exceptional. My parent's neighbor who owned a carpet cleaning business was no longer able to clean their carpets so after some research we called Lack's. The estimator showed up as scheduled and provided a detailed estimate of work. The carpet cleaner showed up on time and performed his work admirably. He was professional, efficient, and kind to my aging parents. We will absolutely use them again! Our neighbor stopped by and indicated he could not have done a better job!

Excellent service. Jerrod, the serviceman, is very personable, professional and on time. His pricing is reasonable and he works with you. For example, I only have one carpet in my house. Generally, it is more expensive to go through a franchise business for just one carpet. However, with Jerrod's business the pricing is always very reasonable. Furthermore, he even left free spot remover cleaner, which I felt was very nice. I highly recommend his company to others.

The service was superb! They’re a local business and family-oriented. They’re personable and very nice people! They were also fast, efficient, and did a great job!

The service didn’t go as well as we both had expected, since there was some sort of chemical on the flooring that we were unaware of (we had just moved into the home), but their follow-up was excellent. They came out a few times afterwards to make sure the floors were cleaned to both of our satisfaction.

I was very pleased overall! They do an excellent cleaning job, but they are a little pricey. However, I didn’t end up with soaking rugs after they were done, since they don’t use water.

The service was wonderful! I had a white-chocolate colored carpet that was about five years old, and when they finished cleaning it, the carpet looked brand new!

Tom arrived early, set up quickly, and was done in about 2 hours. Removed a ton of spots from the carpet. Carpet looks great. Very happy with the service call.

You can always rely on them coming here and you get to know the girls assigned to your house. It's always the same girls that come and clean.

Lupe and Olga arrived on time. They first asked me what I needed them to do, and proceeded to work.They attacked each room in turn, cleaning it thoroughly. When they left they took all the trash away. They were here for 2 hours You see, with having a special needs child, it is very important to have a clean house, and not just clean but more like white glove inspection clean. And thats exactly what they did. The thing that impresses me the most is the fact that the ladies listened to me and did what I asked them to do. They were friendly, personable and totally professional.
