Description of Work: Lack's cleaned my carpets, got rid of food stains in the dining room, and made high-traffic areas look fresh and clean. They are always totally professional, as well as polite and considerate. They gave me a quote on carpet-stretching as well as a clear explanation of how it would extend the life of my carpet. I rely on them to do an excellent job every time.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3000 sq ft of floor tile throughout the house including master shower. Re-stained grout in kitchen. Furniture cleaning. Air-duct cleaning throughout the house. Dryer vent which they had problem with and immediately repaired it with no charge or hassle.

+ -1 moreThe man who did the work was punctual, respectful, and attentive to my requirements. He moved the couches back to get the dirty areas at the edge, and in general paid attention to detail. He did a thorough job from the vacuuming to the raking of the pile. I have had Lack's clean both carpets and tile before, and they have always been absolutely professional in every aspect of their service, from the quote to the finished work. They also send out an entertaining newsletter, which is more than just good advertising. Kudos for good work!

+ -1 moreasked for floor cleaning then whatever there was time for. The english-speaking worker was sloppy & rude. The spanish speaking lady wanted to do a good job, but was scolded away from it by the younger worker, who frankly couldn't wait to leave after about 30 minutes, wanting full pmt. Looked pained when asked to mop the WHOLE floor, then when asked to mop large areas she missed. I had to clean up behind her when she left!
