Great! I would definitely use them again

Sent a three person crew which I wasnt expecting but I was pleased that I didn't get charged extra for the third person. The crew worked diligently and effectively the entire time. They got to work right when they arrived. Very polite. They did an amazing job! I plan to have them continue to come clean my house because they did such a good job and really paid close attention to every little detail.

Excellent service always....ladies got the wheel house clean every 2 weeks consistently.....highly recommended to family and friends

Dirt Busters employees were prompt and professional. They worked non-stop for several hours and cleaned everything they said they would. The house was spotless when they left. Great job!

I was very happy with work they did. Before and after they walked through the house with me. I will use them again. Debra was very easy to work with over the phone in arranging the dates and times.

It was difficult to get the time scheduled and I made arrangements to get off work early and take the dogs to the groomers to make it easier. They were almost and hour late. Two ladies were there for two hours (4 hours total time) and the cleaning was very basic. Pictures were not dusted under the couch cushions were not vacuumed and the light over the dining room table was not dusted... not to mention I think the base boards should have been wiped down. I just expected more. for a special price of $179 basically I paid $45 per hour per person. Maybe I expected too much and I should have looked over the house before they left but at that point I was pretty frustrated from having my day messed up with the late arrival etc.

There was 3 women that did a beautiful job. They even cleaned the baseboards. They did everything and were so professional. The house was sparkling when they finished.

Initially, everything was as expected---I needed to have a cleaning of my 1500 square foot home on Monday, August 17th in preparation for company coming to stay at my home on Tuesday the 18th. I also advised the Dirt Busters crew when they arrived that I was going to be in the hospital beginning Wednesday the 19th, so it was critical that my home was cleaned as scheduled. To preface the rest of this review, my husband and I spent 9-10 hours per day on Saturday and Sunday August 15-16 putting items away, PRE-CLEANING, organizing, etc. to make the job even less tedious/cumbersome for the crew that was arriving on Monday. Therefore, I expected no problems at all when the Dirt Busters crew arrived at my door on the 17th. Unfortunately, this did not turn out to be the case, as I will explain. Also, to preface this review, please note that PRIOR to the crew coming to my door, I completely read and understood what would be covered under the "Deluxe Cleaning", and what would NOT be covered. I have copied and pasted from their ad below: "$139.00 for housecleaning for homes up to 1,500 square feetIn the kitchen: clean outside of cabinets, appliances and counter tops, scour sinks, sweep and mop floor, outside kitchen appliance cleaning (microwave, stove, small appliances, refrigerator, and inside microwave)In the bathrooms: clean showers, tubs, tile, mirrors and shower door tracks, counters, toilets and sinks, and disinfect all fixturesIn all rooms: clean wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, dust or polish all furniture and decorative items, sweep, mop and vacuum all floors, wipe baseboards, windowsills, dust lights, light fixtures, and fans, and vacuum and remove trashDeal also includes all materials and products for cleaning. Does not include picking up after animals." When the cleaning crew arrived----I explained that we have 4 cats and 2 guinea pigs. However, the room that houses the cat's litter/litter boxes/food/etc was explicitly told not to be touched, as this is my husband's area that he would be taking care of. Further, the cleaning crew was given a walk through of my home as soon as they arrived, and were told what areas needed to be cleaned PER THE AD: the front living space (all tile), the kitchen (all tile), the main living space (all tile), the hallway (tile), the guest bath (all tile), and the master bath (tile). I would like to re-emphasize that the crew was explicitly told that the following areas were off limits and NOT to be cleaned: my home office (as I was actively working from home at the time of the cleaning), my husband's office/cat room (as explained above), and the master bedroom. Both crew members clearly acknowledged my instructions, advised that they understood my instructions, and advised they would start. With that, I left them to their work and returned to work in my home office. Approximately 20 minutes later, I received a call from Paul, the owner. Paul proceeded to advise that one of his crew members had called him to advise they were unable to clean my home. When I immediately questioned why, Paul advised he was told that my home was littered with pet/cat feces which was making his crew ill, and there were so many items in the home that they were unable to comfortably move about. Understandably and at a minimum, I have/had never been so insulted in my entire life. I immediately refuted these statements, and advised (per above) of the 20+ hours spent the weekend prior cleaning the home (including the areas the crew was NOT to touch) prior to his crew arriving. I immediately asked if the crew members could show me what they were referring to, specifically in the areas that I was asking them to clean, and Paul advised that they could/would not. I then stated if this was not an option, I wanted someone else of higher authority from the company to come inspect my home to validate his crew's reports and advise why they were unable to clean my home. Paul advised he was the owner of the company and did not have the time/capacity to come inspect my home. At this point, I advised that this conduct was completely unacceptable and insulting, and I would be happy to send pictures of my home to both Paul and directly to Angie's List (from whom the deal was purchased) to show the true condition of my home versus the crew reports. Paul responded: "I am the owner...you can try to ruin/trash our reputation all you want..." I then asked what Paul intended to do in order to remedy the situation, as I was extremely dissatisfied and his crew's reports were unfounded. Paul advised he would "try" to find another cleaning crew to come out and clean my home. Our call ended with Paul advising he would call back with an update as soon as he was able to locate another crew. After ending the call with Paul, I came out of my home office to the sight of the 2 crew members loading their equipment to leave. I approached them directly to ask if they could please show me what they were referring to that they reported to Paul. After looking at each other, both crew members refused to provide any explanation/rationale and advised I needed to call the office. I directly as possible asked them if they had reported to Paul that there were cat feces all over my home and items which made it hard to walk. Once again, they advised I needed to call the office. I then firmly and swiftly asked both crew members to immediately leave my home. I then received a 2nd call from Paul, advising that he was not able to yet find another cleaning crew to come out to clean my home. He asked if there was any flexibility in scheduling, to which I advised no (due to the situation described above) and that this was non-negotiable, as his company's reason for not cleaning my home was entirely unfounded. I again advised I would be happy to send photos, etc., which Paul declined. Paul then proceeded to ask if I had read the ad for the "Deluxe Cleaning" which states that they do not clean up after pets; I advised yes, that I had explicitly told his crew members to stay OUT of the room with the cat materials (litter, litter boxes, etc.). Our call again ended with Paul advising he would continue trying to locate another crew. Luckily, after my work day was over, I was able to locate another fantastic local cleaning crew on Angie's List, who was able to come out later that day to complete the cleaning of my home. Of pertinent note, when this new cleaning crew arrived and I explained verbatim per the above why Dirt Busters had refused to clean the exact same areas of my home, the new crew was flabbergasted. The new cleaning crew completely corroborates and substantiates my perspective/"story" that NO, my home was NOT littered in animal waste and NO, it was not filled with items so as people cannot walk around. With a crew of 4 and within 2.5 hours, my home was sparkling. Therefore, based on my reports on my own home, substantiated by another cleaning crew who visited AND cleaned the same day, and no evidence to the contrary from either the owner or the crew of Dirt Busters, the rationale that Dirt Busters has/had for not cleaning my home is, in my opinion, completely and utterly unfounded. This, prior to a critical and life-changing medical event, caused severe undue stress for both myself and my spouse. Lastly--- after I had located an alternate crew myself before Paul had gotten back to me, I called Paul to advise that I had found another crew and would simply like a refund of my purchase of the Angie's List deal. Paul advised I would need to contact Angie's List for a refund. Further--- Paul advised that "for my trouble", he would like to write me a check for $100.00 to put towards the cost of the house cleaning by the new crew. I proceeded to advise Paul that I appreciated this gesture, and if this made him feel better about this situation, I would accept. However, of note----at no time did I indicate that acceptance of that offer would dissuade me from writing an honest and forthright review re: this situation, as I do not believe that gestures of that nature should dissuade people from openly and honestly sharing pertinent information in order to (hopefully) better processes and customer service in the future. Also of note---I addressed this topic with the Angie's List representative I spoke with to get a refund of my purchase, and I was encouraged to write my review. In closing, it is my hope in the future that when Dirt Busters offers a deal in partnership with Angie's List, that the deals are honored as written, and if they are not going to be honored, that in order to prevent poor customer service, sufficient proof/evidence as to why the service cannot be performed is gathered prior to rendering an assessment/assumption.

The service worked out very good. There were no additional costs on top of the $202 Big Deal. I was not particular about anything.

It went okay for awhile. They didn't do very good in the end. The ladies would come and they used to leave a room not done. I just kind of got tired of it. I liked them at first because they were really clean. They did a good job.

The office gave me a 4 hour window for the arrival time the day before the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, they were able to call and give me a more exact time of arrival. The cleaning crew arrived right on time. They were all business and very professional. The 2 person crew split up and went through the entire house top to bottom. My house is probably cleaner than it has been since I moved in 5 years ago. I am now signed up for a monthly cleaning with Dirt Busters!

However I was unable to use the deal due to scheduling, they were very nice and reached out to me very quickly

They are consistent and thorough. They are punctual and trustworthy as well. They accommodate our schedule.

They clean very well. My guests were very impressed with the order and cleanliness of the house. Dirt Busters came on time and were very thorough. I actually used this service from mid-February through the end of March at my vacation home when they cleaned before and between each guest. Absolutely no complaints. In fact, each guest commented on how clean the house was. I plan to use Dirt Busters again in November.

They did a great job except for it being a deluxe cleaning it was more like a regular cleaning. When they dusted the coffee table it left terrible streaks and was still dirty, dust bunnies under bed were not swept up, furniture was not swept or mopped under, shower doors could of been a lot better without leaving soap residue behind and the cushions on the couch were not vacuumed . We have vaulted ceilings and have a couple light fixtures fairly higher that they were not able to do because they couldn't reach them with their step ladder. Maybe because of a special deal some things were overlooked on the quality, I would of paid a little more to get a better job. I would have to say that I would try someone else for my housecleaning needs in the future. I would like to say that after this review the company owner notified me to make this better. I feel confident that they back their service and will try them again in the future.

This provider was very curteous, timely and professional. The two cleaners showed up on time and got right to work. The job was done well and I had no complaints. I will definately use this service again in the future as I'm considering hiring a regular service to clean my home.

The ladies are always prompt, courteous, pay attention to details, complete the work in a timely manner and are sure to see that the dogs are safe.

The team did a very good job. Everything was clean and nice when they left. Even my stainless garbage can sparkled.

We've used Dirt Busters several times to clean our home, and each time we've been extremely pleased with their work. The office staff was friendly and answered all of my questions (I had several via email before the 1st cleaning). When we came home after our home was cleaned, we were really impressed; ceiling fans were dusted & even appeared to shine (possibly polished?), the house smelled & looked great, and they even folded a little corner of toilet paper on the toilet paper rolls, like at a hotel! They did such a good job, I referred them to a friend/co-worker, and she spoke highly of their work as well. I would definitely use Dirt Busters again!! *In 2011 their rates for our 2200 sqft home were roughly $185.00, but I believe their rates may have increased slightly since then. $205 is a guesstimate based on our last cleaning.

Very professional, prompt, reliable. Quick to respond to customer needs. I have tried 10 cleaning services over 25 years, This is the only one who consistently provides professional quality service on a consistent basis.

I have used Dirt Busters for three years. They are efficient, friendly and do a great job. They usually come in teams of two or three. They also did a whole house clean-up in our old rental. Excellent job. Would highly recommend.
