Both cleaners did an amazing job. They were very diligent, courteous, kind, and worked very hard. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and would use this service again as well as refer to friends and family.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. First of all, there was a communication issue upon scheduling. I should have been scheduled for a move in/move out clean, I had said on the phone when booking (several times) that I would be moving out and needed it deep cleaned. They ended up booking their "top to bottom clean", which is an absolute joke (will get to that later)--they had informed me doors, walls, base-boards will be wiped, among many other things they had promised... The cleaning, was AWFUL. I took several photos and videos to prove to management as I was very dissatisfied with the service. Gunk was left in the tub, around the tub, walls were not wiped, doors had dust, ALL window-sills had dirt, dust, dead bugs (they weren't even touched), light switches left dirty, etc, etc. Honestly looked like they came in, vacuumed, wiped down the counters and called it a day. I was very upset because I had put my trust in them to clean my home as promised. When I filed the complaint, they first offered to have someone come out and clean (again). Well, I had to give my keys to the tenant the very next day so that wasn't possible. They then went on to tell me that wiping the dust off the doors was an "add-on", wiping the walls was an "add-on", all these "add-on" charges are absurd for the amount of money they are charging to begin with. Having been told they were going to do these things when originally booking, I was very upset they weren't done. Given that we weren't able to have someone come in to "re-clean" all they could offer me was a refund of 100 dollars. Leaving the cleaning to be 275... Which felt very unjust for the work that was done. I had tried fighting for at LEAST 50/50. I figured that was "fair" with all things considered. No such luck. I did not get my deposit back from the tenant whom I was renting from because of the inexcusable "clean" job performed by Dirt Busters House Cleaning. I will never book with them again and STRONGLY encourage you to look elsewhere so this does not happen to you.

Went GREAT We signed for cleaning every other week. Would like to know when we are scheduled again as soon as possible. We really liked the girl that came the first time but know we might not be able to get her.

Cleaning was very good. Bertha P. did a great job and I have zero complaints. River contacted me as well after the service to check up. All in all, Dirt Busters do an excellent job and I have used them since 2019.

Lauren was absolutely fantastic!!! She went above and beyond on the clean. I have never seen someone else spend so much time on my home making sure everything was perfect. She far exceeded my standards and I cannot wait for her to come back.

Great company, the cleaning technicians are very professional and hard working. It feels awesome not having to come home and clean instead spend time with your family. Office staff are also really accommodating.

Amanda cleaned our house last week and did an outstanding job! We requested she do our regular monthly cleaning. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. Everything was dusted. She even added some little touches- making flowers on top of the tissue box. Our house smelled so fresh and clean. River, the contact person, always returns emails promptly. Always answers your questions and addresses your concerns in a timely manner.

They were here early, were friendly and did a great job. They wasted no time and started cleaning right away.

This is the second time we had Irma clean our home, loved her service, she did not miss any spots. Would definitely book her every time! River from customer support was very helpful and prompt in reaching out to me and taking in my feedbacks and helped me with my scheduling.

Marlena did an excellent job cleaning! She tackled everything, including the dog hair on the carpets which looked spotless when she wad done. We promptly requested that she be our tech going foward. Looking forward to see her every other week.

Toni is exceptional at her job. She is very efficient with her job. I am always happy to see Toni. She is a kind soul and just beautiful inside and out. (In these days it's nice to have someone you can count on.) She is punctual and and goes above and beyond expectations.

Excellent. I had Rachel who did a fantastic job of cleaning my house. I particularly liked that when I got home, everything looked spotless. I noticed that my door to outside had been cleaned of dog noses and fingerprints. (I was dog sitting the day before). Nice job, Rachel.

The service provided by Aurelia was great. We had no complaints. She treated our home like her own and took all efforts to leave the house in better shape than before she left.

Zowie did a great job cleaning our apartment. She was thorough with an eye for detail. We arrived home before she was fine, and she courteously worked to first finish the part of the house we needed to be in. She asked us to tell her if we saw anything she missed before she left, but everything looked great. Thank you!

Terrible , missed rooms, very sloppy work. Only one person who did not speak/understand English, toilets not cleaned, etc. They charged me for that cleaning, never offering a refund, and they charged me for a day that they did not come.

Fantastic. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone wanting a consistently good service with excellent staff. Vanessa is exceptional and her customer skills are outstanding.
