Description of Work: They did a fine job initially, but one blind had been incorrectly measured, and so didn't fit. When they came back, having re-cut the blind, they did a less than stellar job on the installation.

Description of Work: Arizona Blinds installed shutters in my two bedrooms - on a french door, a sliding door and two windows. The first rep they scheduled didn't show up, but another rep drove from the Peoria office to complete the job. The treatments arrived more or less as scheduled. The installers were professional - but forgot a piece and had to return. The tech who did the final measures (since this is a custom produced item, the sales rep does a preliminary measure for pricing, but a second tech does detailed measurement for manufacture) provided valuable advice on options to cover a third window which is large and oddly shaped in my living room. I will have them take care of that in the spring.
