The initial sales call was great. The woman who came to my home was prompt, professional and well informed. Once we determined to proceed with the purchase, the service quality went down. The next step was getting the formal measurement of our windows for finalization of our order. There was a bit of confusion on the day/time of the appointment, which resulted in a bit of frustration on my behalf. Once the final measure occurred, the shutters were in production for several weeks. During this time, we did not receive any calls updates on the status. I finally called about a month after the final measurement appointment to obtain the current status. I was told that my shutters were ready to be installed and I would be getting a call for the final appointment. Once the call arrived, I was disappointed that the appointment wasn't available for yet another week and a half. For further context, the following is the timeline of the work: Agreement to purchase/finalization of contract: 3/23/2012Measurement appointment: 4/5/2012My call for status update: 5/17/2012Installation of shutters: 5/31/2012 While my shutters and outdoor blind have been installed, I'm still waiting on my honeycomb blinds/shades for my patio door. I've recently contacted AZ Blinds to find out the status of this piece, but again am disappointed that these have taken so long, and I have not been updated. Now that my shutters are installed, I've noticed that the quality is not the greatest. The appearance is a bit 'plastic' looking, althought they are made of wood. I had plantation shutters in a prior home that were installed by the builder, and I'm disappointed that the quality and look isn't the same. If I had to do it over again, I would have identified the company used by my former home builder and leveraged that company instead. The mechanisms for the shutters are spotty - some are very tight and feel secure; others are very loose and the shutters will not stay in a particular position. In addition, when installed, the crew that came to my home left noticeable dirt marks on my stair carpeting (which had just been installed) and resulted in us having to clean and steam after they left. While I anticipate some dirt and dust from workers coming through my home, I would have anticipated the crew doing a better job of ensuring they didn't track dirt, etc. through my new home.

I really liked them the best of all the others I have checked out. They have come out and measured. I thought they knowledgeable and they gave really great information. They are a local company so everything is made here in Arizona, so I kind of like that. I thought they were very reasonable compared to the others I checked with. They seemed very trustworthy and they didn't try to sell me on anything else. They just informed me and I just thought it was a great experience. They have followed through on everything they have been doing. They were very great , courteous and professional.

Arizona Blinds was VERY prompt in coming out and measuring the windows. The low scores were given due to a complete lack of customer service after the check was cashed. I called the main office to find out when approx the blinds would be done, but the phone # was temporarily out of service??? So I called my sales person and was told they would call me. I was thinking it would be nice to let my boss know when I needed to take off but who cares about me, it is just my job that pays them to be in business. After 2 weeks had passed by ( from the date that my check cleared) I called the main office again( it worked this time) on a Wednesday and was told by the girl who answered that the order was finished. So I asked when they would be out to install the blinds... I was told they will call me on Monday. They called me on Tuesday and wanted me to be available for 8:30am on Wednesday. When I told them it needed to be later in the day, so I didn't have to take off so much work (the thing that makes this whole situation possible). I got the "well we only have a couple people installing so it would be better if they could do it in the morning" ( so much for the customers needs). The install was quick and painless, the valence for the sliding glass door was 6" too long and the installer took it back to have it re-sized. STILL have not heard back as to when that will be installed.(but who cares they got my money) Due to this companies lack of customer service I will not recommend them to anyone!

I had several companies come out and give me estimates on 1 blind and 1 plantation shutter. Diane Pirman was the person that came out for Arizona Blinds. She was great. Punctual, professional, etc. Plus, her company had the lowest bid. For personal reasons I did not use her company this time. But, I will in the future.

The initial call was extremely helpful. After we chose our style we were given a delivery date and the shades were finished earlier than expected. Very professional. There was a problem with 2 shades and they returned and fixed them.

Matt came out within a day of contacting Arizona Blinds to measure and give the quote. He was very professional and helpful. We were working with a tight schedule to have both new windows and the new blinds installed. He reassured me that it could be done. Sure enough, Arizona Blinds came through with flying colors! The blinds look great! The two installers that came were very quick and professional. They cleaned up all the packaging and left my house looking as it did before they started. I would recommend Arizona Blinds for a great job!

He came in and took out the old blind and put covering over it. He installed everything and made sure everything worked. He was very pleasant and polite. When he came and knocked the door he said hello. I would use them in the future.

We moved here from the Midwest last summer, and knew we were going to need specific products to manage the sun, energy efficiency, privacy, and style. We also wanted to take our time, and make the best decisions for our investment and lifestyle. We started our relationship with AZ Blinds last July when we decided to start with the bedrooms. AZ Blind's Matt Funicello was wonderful from the beginning. He provided us with product knowledge and suggestions to best suit our specific needs. Unfortunately, we had already placed an order for a HD Architella for our Master bedroom from someone else--the install was a disaster. When AZ Blinds came to install the HD Architella we had ordered from them for the Guest room, the installer immediately identified the problem we had in the Master. Problem solved. We knew who we were going to work with going forward. We have spend a total of $11,400 with Arizona Blinds in the past year. They not only provided us with excellent products and installers, but a wonderful savings on top of that. We are confident that they stand behind their work and the products they provide. We couldn't be happier!! *FYI~There may also be additional vendor incentives and energy efficiency tax credits that you want to make sure you are aware of~an additional little bonus on your investment.

I felt more comfortable with them than the other blind company. They were very nice to deal with. The price was as they told me and I'm very happy with the installation. They were very quick and a little less expensive than the other company. I haven't seen them yet, but my tenant said they look fine.

Everything went very well. Thomas, the sales representative, was on time and very professional. Although they were did not have the lowest price, I prefered their window film product to others that I had quote. The next week, the installer arrived on time and completed the job in about three hours.

Working with the staff at Arizona Blinds was wonderful. We had film installed by their sub contractor and he did a B job. Installation was good but I needed to ask him to remove the new blinds when he was stripping off the old film. (I cringed watching water and film drip down on our new blinds.) That is when I insisted the blinds be removed. I would definately work with Arizona Blinds (A+) if we need additional window treatments but not sure I would use their film installer again.

It was a good experience. It was very, very timely. They stuck with their estimate and they did everything they said they were going to do.

Both estimates were given by the same person. They were personable and professional and did a good job. I called them based on the Angie's List recommendations. The only reason I didn't use them was because of the pricing.

I liked the guy he was very personal and did a nice job. He gave us a fast estimate, actually he was a little faster as far as setting up an estimate. We just liked the other companies product better.

We called for an estimate; their representative, PJ Shelley, came out a few days later & discussed our requirements--new blinds for a brand new home, no coverings whatsoever. She took measurements of the windows with a lazer measuring tool, then sent an estimate by email. The prices were great--right in line with Home Depot or Lowes but included free installation. The US-made (custom) Basswood blinds were only $130 more than plastic/wood-look blinds & are very high-quality, with a durable feel to their operation. The finish matches perfectly the cherry-wood cabinets in our home. Very happy with the service & prices.

They were very professional and their punctuality and cleanup were excellent. They did what they said they would do, they did it promptly, and they did it well.

Salesman (Phil) came to home and educated me on types of shutters, available options, upkeep, cleaning, etc. I decided to purchase and he custom matched the paint to existing woodwork. I placed a 50% deposit.I got a call in a few days advising me of the installation date/time. Installer (Tom R.) arrived on time, did an excellent job of putting the shutters up, went over how to self-adjust and maintainance. Both individuals were pleasant, professional, and everything went off without a hitch

Contractor was priced well. They showed up when they told me they would. They had them installed in just a few hours. Some of the blinds are a little tougher to open than others but we are still pretty happy.

HE WAS NOT ONLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS, BUT WAS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT INSTALLATION AND WHAT WAS INVOLVED WITH THAT. THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT FOR US, AS SOME OF THE FRAMING DONE ON THE WINDOWS WAS NOT PERFECTLY SQUARE OR PLUMB, AND HE WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO CAMOUFLAGE THE FLAWS. AND WE WERE THRILLED WITH THE PRICE; I EXPECTED TO PAY DOUBLE WHAT WE DID, BECAUSE WE WERE DOING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THIS COMPANY HAS ALSO BEEN GREAT WITH FOLLOW UP SERVICE. WE HAD ONE VERTIGLIDE THAT WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY, AND THEY PROMPTLY HAD SOMEONE COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT. THEY ENDED UP HAVING TO REPLACE IT ALTOGETHER, AND WE WEREN'T CHARGED A SINGLE PENNY. HURRY!
