These are hard times to be purchasing HVAC systems because of severe shortages of equipment and parts. Be ready for substitutes and delays. If possible postpone major systems purchases until our supply lines are more certain.

The only company to give me a quote on what I requested a without trying to upgrade to something I didn't need. Was here on time and did the job for the price agreed upon. All works great and we are happy with the whole experience . Would highly recommend this company.

The father-son duo that came out to install my new unit were polite and very knowledgeable. They made sure that they covered my floor with a drop cloth. They worked hard and the job was completed in 4 to 5 hours. Chad worked with me to get me the best price and of the three company's that I was considering - Chad was able to get started 3 days before the rest. I would and will refer them to my friends and family

We are very pleased with the whole experience,at 1st we were worried as we were gifting the ac to our in-laws , we thought they had a 3 ton ac,After Brads inspection, he found we wouldâ ve bought the wrong unit ,he pointed out the old ac was a 3 1/2 ton unit &The house was 300 ft.² larger than we thought, & well of course the install was planned on a Monday, & no fault of Brad & always fair, it was the 1st of 2021 when the rain came to town,ð ¡but they were able to get it done, which we didnâ t think would happen for a week or more,with rain on and off all week in Phoenix â ï¸ â ï¸ ,we have and will continue to highly recommend Brad & always fair,â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ & We look like all stars because Brad will come out once a year to do a preseason inspection thatâ s free with the install, so we definitely hit a home run going with Brad & always fair & home advisor ,thank you
