Always Fair Air wrote we suffered a broken sprinkler head. The installer said he stepped back on the pipe. He thought he had busted the pipe, but it actually busted the sprinkler head. I lost my ceiling and caused a great deal of damage. Now, they are claiming it was a faulty sprinkler head. They did not take out a permit that was needed, and their installation was not done entirely to code. It has since been brought up to code.

They came and took longer than they anticipated and for the whole first 24 hours the air conditioner was not cooling and it ran solid. I told them that they needed to put a top on the air handler to begin with but they seemed to think it was not necessary but they soon figured out that it was and after that the air conditioner worked perfectly. The cost was a bit high but to be expected

I got on Angie’s list when I discovered my air conditioning coil was leaking. In early May I added 10 pounds of Freon and a month later I had to add another six. It would have cost me a small fortune to keep the house cool over the summer if I had to wait more than a week or 2 for a new system. Brad contacted me immediately and was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. He encouraged me to get other quotes so that I would feel comfortable with his quote. I talked to him on Monday and after getting quotes from 4 other companies - they installed a new system for me on Friday. A father and son team installed the unit and they were not only very courteous but very efficient. Can’t recommend this company high enough.

Brad and his team were very responsive and they were able to install my air conditioner quickly. I appreciated their availability and willingness to work with me on getting this scheduled and done as quickly as possible. While I was making up my mind, they stayed in touch with me, and not to the point of being annoyed, but just enough to help me realize that they would be a good choice to install my system. Others have been much more difficult to contact and often did not even return phone messages or calls. The system is working great and I am cool again!
