This is the second time I have used Rob Edwards' service and did so as I was extremely pleased with my first experience some years ago. I have over 600 sq. ft. of Saltillo throughout the house, much of it in the kitchen and adjoining areas, and by the front door which get a great deal of traffic. The crew arrived exactly at 9 a.m., as promised, and said the job would take about 6 hours. In fact they did finish by 3:45 p.m. Most of the tile in the house joins carpeted areas and they carefully taped all of the overlap areas before beginning any work. They vacuumed, dusted and then washed, rinsed and dried the floors before starting any other work. The washing, rinsing a prepping was very thorough. They finally applied two coats of sealer and finisher, with each coat allowed to dry thoroughly before applying the second. As a result the whole process takes a bit longer than others I have heard about from neighbors, but is no doubt why the results last over many years, as theirs has. Before they left they gave clear instructions on care.I would not hesitate to recommend this firm for their promptness, quality of work and most courteous service.

Rob's crew showed up on time and worked well as a team to complete the work on time. We wanted to move into our newly-purchased house with clean/sparkling floors and we weren't disappointed. As we were juggling other contractors and our move-in date, Rob was flexible in working us in and ensuring the job was done in our timeframe. My wife and I are very satisfied and would highly recommend Rob's company for their professional, workmanship, technical knowledge, and great customer service.

The service was done in a timely manner. They were polite and professional. The tile looks so much better than before, but not as good as we had hoped. I don't know if they could have done a better job with the cleaning, or if our tile was just too damaged .

It went pretty well. I had to have them come back but they were agreeable to come back. It was expensive but they had a lot of people working on it. It was more than $1,000. The price was high but they did spend a lot of time and had a lot of people here.

We used them from August to September. We ordered the tile but it was September by the time that it got laid. We paid the bill for the tile as well as for having them to be laid and they must have brought it down. So, I am not sure about the price for the tiles alone. We had an excellent service. We spoke to a lady call Ms. Angela Fiore and she helped us pick out the tiles. She did an excellent job and she was very good. The price was good. We bought a lot of tiles and so, they probably gave us a good deal on it. We were very satisfied with the price and everything. The quality was excellent and their responsiveness was very good. They were very good in terms of their punctuality and professionalism. We did not find any fault at all with them.

It took about a week to get an appt., but the repairman showed up at the stated time. His visit was preceded with a phone call telling us he was on his way. He worked quickly and quietly, informing us what he was using, how he was using it etc. He also cleaned and sealed our tiles and grout in the shower at the same visit. After he left, we noticed that a crack along the floor of the shower was not repaired, so a call back to the company about this. They said to not pay the bill till the work was completed as they wanted us to be satisfied with their work, and sent the same person out quickly to do the work. All in all, a decent experience.

The original work was done on the 18th of January. They performed a followup on the 7th. Overall, the job went pretty well. They were friendly, polite. There were a couple of little spots that they kind of did not do to our satisfaction and we were not actually there when they finished because it took a long time, and also the house is really big and we had to go somewhere. We did not get a chance to look it all over so then when we did look, there were a few little grout spots that we thought we had agreed with them that they were going to fill in these grout spots, like places where part of the grout was missing and they were going to fill in the lines and they did not do that in those spots. So we called them back and they did end up coming back out and fixing it. It was fine in the long run. They were a little hard to get a hold of but ultimately we were fine with the work that they did, and the tile definitely looked really good at the end. We have actually gotten compliments from people about how nice our tiles look. They were not that nice looking in the first place. They did a good job. I don?t really know what to compare the price to, we chose them because they seemed like they had a good price compared to other ones. Responsiveness was the only slightly bad thing. I would use them again in the future.

I would say everything was average. They did not go out of their way to WOW me; however they did what they said they would do. They were on time they cleaned my floors and they were polite. The price was very expensive. It cost us $500.00 to strip and wash about 600 square feet of tile. I was expecting the floor to have a shine. It did not; it was just a clean dull floor. It turns out that you can not put a shine on the type of tile I have. That would have been nice to know before I had them complete the service. My own fault; I should have asked more questions.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB GROUTING THE COUNTER TOP AND LAYING THE TILE DOWN. IT IS SUCH A SMOOTH SURFACE AND MY COUNTERTOPS LOOK WONDERFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE TILE WORK DONE.
