They removed wrong sealant applied by my handyman and then applied correct sealant. Counter tops in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and bar area look like new.

The job was handled professionally and in a timely manner.

This is a very professional company, all services were completed. The emphasis was on cleaning and re-sealing the grout on all our tile. There were also a few small repairs to the grout. They restored the original color to as new appearance. It turned out as expected-day & night difference! Would definitely recommend.

This company really ranks high in terms of professionalism and good customer service. This is the second time I have hired Arizona Tile & Grout Care to thoroughly clean my saltillo tile since we moved to Tucson several years ago. The floors now look clean and gorgeous and I feel good knowing I'm taking care of my floors-- a major architectural feature of our southwestern home. Rob Edwards is a true professional. He knows his business, but also knows the importance of good customer service. He responds to calls quickly and never hesitates coming to our house for an updated estimate. He is pleasant and conscientious as well. James, the technician who did the floors, was equally as polite and professional. He was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions in a courteous manner. I look forward to a continued working relationship with this fine Tucson company. I highly recommend them.

Hands down the best tile cleaners in town. Great job great service, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Rob and his guys are the very best. Tile and grout sparkle.

Rob contacted me immediately after I requested a free quote. We made an appointment that fit both of our schedules. The day of service went well. The work was done professionally and the tile looks great!

They did an excellent job. The shower tiles look like they did when they were new. We had a couple of small issues which they returned quickly to take care of. They did not bill us until we were completely satisfied. This company is very customer centric and I highly recommend them.

The results were amazing. The tile and grout are over 10 years old. They looked dingy and lacked luster. After cleaning, the floors look like new. The work was done quickly and carefully. All my dealings with the company from assessment to scheduling to the actual labor were positive, courteous and professional. Will definitely call on them again!

I was extremely pleased with both the estimating and explanation of work to be performed. The work was completed on time and in a highly professional manner. We were comfortable with the staff in our home. Everything was put back in place and it looks like brand new tile and grout. We couldn't be happier and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

The did excleent work. They moved all the heavy furniture and rugs, as required. 2 people completed 1500 sq ft of tile and the master bath shower in about 4 hours.

They just did a wonderful job. They call back to see if we were happy or anything. They didn't mess around. They worked very consistently. They were here 8 hours and they did a great job. There was about 5 people here. They called as they were heading to our house to let us know they were on their way and I thought that was very nice. They got down on their hands and knees and cleaned every single tile. My tiles are about 14x14. They're not big tiles, maybe it's 12x12. They didn't bring any machines in and I like that. I will use them again in a heartbeat. They did what they said they were going to do and that is really important.

I did not use them, and I only got a quote from them. They were good, proposal was good, and it was thorough. They did good follow-up with the calls. They were a little pricey. I would say that they should get a proposal from them.

We had the tile on our entire first floor and 2 upstairs bathrooms cleaned and the grout sealed (approx. 2,000 s.f.) Our floors look (and smell) brand new in our 10 year old home. Previous home owner had multiple cats and not only was the grout very dirty, I am sure there was some lingering pet smell in the grout... the tile and grout looks and smells great. The owner came out to give us the estimate and it is obvious that this is a man who knows all there is to know about tile and cleaning, and also takes great pride in his business! The gentlemen who came out and cleaned and sealed our grout were also knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They assisted moving furniture, and even did the floors in the closets and pantry. There are multiple grout sealer colors to choose from and we were able to see several colors on the tile before making our final decision. We are extremely pleased with AZ Tile & Grout!!!

The guys showed up slightly early which was better than late. They were very respectful of my carpeting and removed their shoes before walking on it to store the furniture from the rooms with stone flooring. The moved all the major furniture out of the way and were very professional and methodic in their work. The porcelain tile and grout in the master bathroom looked brand new when they were done! Much better than we imagined. The travertine flooring looks beautiful. It had been dull and dingy, even though it is washed regularly. They gave us a choice of the level of shine we wanted from the polishing, which is perfect. The team was incredibly well trained and did a fantastic job. I will definitely refer all my friends and neighbors to them. The price was not anywhere near the least expensive bid we received but we feel that the results warrant the pricier cost.

Mr. Edwards came out to our home to examine the tiles, and took the time to explain the procedure needed to either replace the tiles or reuse the original tiles, if possible. His estimate was very thorough, and he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We then set up an appointment with him to have the work done. The two gentlemen who actually performed the job were very polite and professional also. They did an excellent job. My husband and I are very pleased with the results.

The individuals that performed the work arrived early and were very professional. I thought that the job was going to take all day. They were finished before noon. Some of the tiles weren't completely dry when the sealing was done. As a result the color was a little off, but now two weeks later their normal color is returning. My only complaint is I believe that I paid too much for the work done ~ $2.00/sq.ft. That said, the floor looks great and we are pleased with the result.

As a realtor, I was looking for a company that could clean and seal a tile floor of a house my clients just bought. So, my first stop on the internet was Angie's List. Arizona Tile and Grout Care got rave reviews, so I called them and set up an appointment with Rob Edwards, the owner. Not only were his employees friendly and fun, but they did such a fantastic job that I set up an appointment to have Rob come and give us a quote on our sandstone floors, bathroom counters and shower walls and even our granite counters in the kitchen...the whole "shabang!!! It looks ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!! They took a tired looking floor and gave it the "pop" that was missing. It truly "warmified" our house! I can not recommend this company enough!!! Thank you James, Derek, Eric and Jim...and of course, the most personable owner, Rob Edwards for breathing a new life into 12 year old tiles!!

All went well the workers were professional and helpful explaining what they were doing, showed us what defects they found in the stone and what they could do to improve the look.

They matched the grout perfectly. They cleaned and sealed the Saltillo tiles and the floors look beautiful. Rob came out for the estimates, and James did most of the actual work. As they had to remove the toilets in order to replace the bathroom floor tiles, we bought brand new ones (to match the new vanities) and James installed the new ones for us and took away the old broken ones. What a superb job! The bathrooms both look terrific, and the rest of the Saltillo tile throughout the house looks absolutely beautiful, retaining it original, vintage charm only now being clean and shining. We are so impressed with this job that we will ask them to come back for our kitchen remodel next year and match the missing tiles there as well. UPDATE: They stained and sealed the new kitchen tiles! Great job! Now the kitchen can proceed - we are very pleased!
