Clean job? I was very happy with their work.

Mr. Alveraz and his team were prompt and efficient. Sam thought of a better way to protect the equipment and prompt on the job. We will be hiring him for more of our plumbing projects we have lined up.

The service provider took a $1000.00 deposit on 11/30 and had not contacted me again

Very courteous and professional. Arrived as scheduled and was very efficient in solving the plumbing issues. Would definitely hire again.

Mr. Alveraz promptly informed me when he was going to be a bit late. He fixed a main line water supply break at the meter. Sam responded quickly to my estimate request. He fixed it in a short period of time, with a lot of hard work digging down aproxmitly 3 feet. I was not at the property and unsolicited he sent me photos of the defective parts, and the repairs. He further went the extra mile by backfilling and replacing the material with an eye to the final appearance of the finished work. From the first contact to the last total was about 5 hours, on a Friday afternoon. He did not try to sell me a whole new water line replacement, just fixed what had to be done. Sam will be my first call if I have any more plumbing issues.

Emergency Work was done quickly and professionally

They did not remove old water heater from property. I think I was overpriced. They shut the main gas off to the house. Did not bother to reline the furnace after they installed the water heater. I am a disabled senior and I figure for the $1600.00 they got paid they would have done more to satisfy their customer.
