Wholesale Tree Triimming and Removal

My sister and I were getting my deceased mother's home ready to sell. She has two very large citrus trees in her backyard that badly needed trimming. Not knowing about the seasonality, I called Scott and he told me citrus cannot be trimmed till the fall. He could have easily given me a price, gone out and done the job. The trees most likely would have died or at least been harmed and I never would have known the difference. Instead, he was honest and offered to go out and look at them and give me a quote, which he did. I was very impressed with his honesty, integrity and follow through. Should the buyers of my mom's house want the trees done as part of the agreement, I will use Scott and would not hesitate at all to recommend him to anyone else looking for a reputable, knowledgeable tree maintenance company. Definitely a class act.

I sent Mr. Harmon an email requesting that he provide me a day/time which would be convenient for me to call him regarding a tree trimming project I wanted done, as I am currently out of country and did not want him to have to call an international number. This was his response (keep in mind I had not yet told him anything about what needed to be done): "Thanks for the interest Chris, but I'm going to pass on your trimming project at this time. Drop me a line when you get back in town and I'd be happy to take a look at your trees." This email implies that he COULD have taken on an additional project at this time, but didn't want to because I was out of country. Completely unprofessional - in today's world I could almost be on the moon and adequately provide him with the contact and guidance necessary for this situation. Additionally, what he failed to understand because he never asked, was that the initial contact with me would be the only one necessary as it is a house I own but in which I have tenants.

The wind knocked over a large tree in our front yard. I e-mailed several businesses on Angie's List. I got a reply from Scott Harmon at Wholesale Tree Trimming. He came out the next day and gave an estimate. We set up an appointment for the following day. They were right on time. The crew was led by Grace who is very knowledgeable. They took the tree out and ground out the stump. We were very impressed with their work. The clean-up was outstanding. They cleaned up every bit of the tree and wood chips. They raked the rocks so you don't even know there was a tree there. Grace made a recommendation for the proper location if we wanted to plant another tree. We were very happy with the job and will definitely recommend them to others.

Scott was out and next day the tree, or should i say trees were done.. .Also old stakes and stump was removed with out extra $$$....

I originally had Wholesale Tree Trimming over to remove two big trees. I was impressed with them so I had them come back and do quite a bit more work for me. I am very satisfied with, and will use them again should the need arise. I found Scott to be more than fair, easy to work with, and kept me in the loop. Both times his crew did work for me, they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came.

It turned out great. It was a great company. It did not take very long. They were very prompt. They were knowledgeable. They were very nice to deal with.

Requested a quote to remove trees and trim others on a rental property. Got a call back the next day with a quote. Work started immediately and was done completely to my satisfaction. Since I was out of town photos were sent showing completed work. They went beyond what I was expecting and communications was excellent.

He was great. He came within a few days and gave me a really fair quote. He was amazing, very attentive, and super fair price. I was even able to get a better price. He knows what he is doing. I have 40ft trees in my charge. He did not nickel and dime me and then gave me a quote when he came out instead of over the phone which I appreciate. You need to come see the size of the tree before you can give a price. He verbally itemized the price so I knew the cost. He was less expensive then other companies. He was really good, I was very pleased. I called and left a message and he called the same day, I explained the situation and then he came a day later to spec out the job. Then we set a date, he did not ask for a down payment, it was paid for the day of the job. He came the day he was suppose to and cleaned up. It was perfect. He was very professional. Very courteous, shakes your hand and does not look shady in anyway.

They got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Scott and his team were great! Scott made the initial contact with me and came out and scoped the project at the time we had agreed upon. On the day scheduled for the removal Scott his team showed up bright and early as expected. First they cut down all the oleanders and hauled off the above ground growth. Then, Scott used a piece of equipment to dig the roots out of the ground. I have to say the operator of that piece of equipment was a master of his craft. All of Scott's team were courteous and professional. The work ethic his team demonstrated is one Scott should be proud of and even though Scott admitted after completing the job that he had under bid it, he didn't budge from the price he had bid for the job, which was truly amazing. Scott was also a great communicator and kept me updated on the progress of the job, which did last more than one day. I would highly recommend Scott and his team for oleander removals!

I sent Scott Harmon a message through this site, asking him to take a look at a tree that had some dead branches. Within a day or so, one of his folks went by the house and determined that the tree really needed to be removed (I was afraid of that). We negotiated a price (using their coupon) and he said that they could remove the tree and grind the stump the following day. The next morning, his friendly and competent crew showed up and was done in less than 2 hours. I'm out of town, but our daughter sent me a photo and I couldn't even tell that there was ever a tree there! Excellent experience, all around.

They were initially supposed to come out a day earlier but were rained out. They were out the next day bright and early with a 5 person crew and completed the entire job in a little over an hour. Went very smoothly and quickly. I would definitely recommend them for your tree service needs.

Scott Harmon, the owner himself answered the phone and personally showed up to deliver his estimate AND returned to supervise the work. Great crew and supervisor, friendly, professional, quick, and thorough. Everything cleaned and spotless after they left. I contacted many other providers and they all wanted much higher prices - Scott was reasonable and honest! So honest that I left for the summer a few weeks later, received a notice from the homeowners association that my 4 tall palm trees needed trimming and I called Scott up, gave him the order over the phone, he quoted me a very very fair price and performed the service quickly for me, despite me being out of town for the summer. I know he's trustworthy, fair, and honest . . . you won't be disappointed, he's my go-to guy for tree service from now on.

I decided to go with someone else. This was a very bad experience.

Scott came out and looked at the work that needed to be done. He informed me that two of my palm trees may not live much longer but would try and save them. His team came out and trimmed the palms and fertilized them. Painted the lemon tree to protect. They did a great job in doing the work and cleaning up. The team was friendly and professional.

Really easy being able to communicate by email, set up appointment. Later on Saturday than expected but had the job done within the week as promised.

It went very well they performed all that I asked and I thought the price was resonable

First of all, getting a provider to reply to an email has been awful so I was happily surprised that I heard back from Scott the next day! We did all our planning via email, which was my preference. He came out to the house to view the tasks within a very reasonable time frame and his price quote was also reasonable. We arranged a date for the work to be done and he called me upon arrival to confirm exactly what the tasks were. Scott also called me again when the job was complete and said not to hesitate to let him know if there was anything that I didnt like. The trees were well trimmed and shaped so we are more confident that they will survive the upcoming monsoon season. The work crew was meticulous in cleaning up shavings, leaves, and debris. The yard and gravel around the work sites was pristine.

Tree cutting was a good price but clean up was way below expections leaving a lot for me to finish. I guess it may be reflected in price verses competitors pricing. I have a lot of stain marks on driveway that I hope will dissappear over time. Would not select this provider again.

Scott is a good guy. His crew came 6AM, five minutes early and proceeded to do the work. They were very agreeable and responded to me well. They didn't waste time and got right to work. They cleaned up everything and were finished by 7:15 AM.I'm very pleased

Excellent. No complaints. Work was outstanding.

I went out a couple times to check on them and the two guys who showed up first were busy trimming branches and placing them in a pile in my front yard. The men were polite, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning up. I asked the leader if he could get rid of a few dead palo verde branches on the side of the home and he had no problem with that. His crew also cut down a large succulent plant under the palo verde at no extra cost. I am very pleased with their work and will certainly use them again!

I entered a request for a bid from Scott on his web site. Given the company is 45 min away from my home, Scott suggested I e mail him pictures of my tree. After e mailing him some photos and we talked over the phone and made arrangements for a trimmer to arrive early one morning. The trimmer arrived exactly on time and we discussed what I wanted to so and he set out to work. Another crew would come after he was through to pick up the felled branches and clean up. When I got home after work I found the area to be completely cleared of all branches, leaves, and twigs so that I could not even tell that the area was a "work zone" other than the tree thinning. The trimming was truely expert and the finished job looks very professionally done.

It was good. The fact that they were able to come back quickly and fix that was a big help and a big deal.
