Wholesale Tree Triimming and Removal

It went pretty good. He came in on Monday, gave me an estimate, said he be back in two days and was. Did the work in four hours and two hours later a tornado hit. If he didn't come when he said he would, I'm pretty sure there would have been some major damage.

They cut down about fifteen trees, most of which were Palms. Overall, it was a good experience.

They removed two trees. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. They did what they said they would do and I had no complaints.

The job was too big for this company to handle. He did try to find another company to provide this service but could not find one.

He is unable to trim trees because they are too large.

Was never able to have work done.

I purchased a Big Deal to have our trees trimmed and he contacted me within two days and said he would get back to me when he got home to schedule and estimate. Then it constantly turned into an apology after apology. He said “I’m familiar with the trees in your area. Ill show up and give you an estimate and do the trimming on site.” I said “Sounds good can we discuss a date?” When he did contact me he said he doesn’t have all his equipment. It was one apology after another. When he finally did schedule he would have a last minute cancellation upon scheduling an estimate. This provider seems flakey and unreliable. I would not do business with him in the future.

We had to move the appointment time and then all went as scheduled. Work was performed timely and completely. And the tree trimming was done perfectly and clean up was awesome!! I would highly recommend this company and would use them again!

They had to try to satisfy my needs and a difficult neighbor who really just wanted the trees cut down. But they kindly and professionally worked with the neighbor who did not move anything aside for them so they did it for her. In reality they could have asked for them to do it and they would return another day. But they went ahead and did it for her. In the end they made her real happy. And hopefully my side will fill in so I have my privacy back. Scott and company did an excellent job dealing with my needs and the neighbors and clean up.

Went very well. They arrived on time and were careful not to damage the house when removing the tree. The yard was spotless when they left.

They had to reschedule our first appointment but took care of my limb in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Rather than waiting for the company to call me, I called Scott a day or so after I purchased the deal. I had branches down from the monsoon winds and needed the work to be scheduled before my house guest arrived on Thursday. I mentioned this to Scott and he got me scheduled for Wednesday. He let me know the crew would be a bit later than the original time estimate, but that was okay with me. I knew there were trees down all over Gilbert and all the tree crews in the area probably had tons of work to do. Scott's crew got here before noon and had all the work done by about 2:15. Three men showed up at the start but then a few others came and joined them to finish the hauling of branches. I appreciate that they spoke English so communication was clear between me and the workers. The crew worked very hard in the heat. Even stopped to sharpen the chain saw about half-way through. They never let a limb come close to any of the neighbors cars that were parked nearby. Dropped the branches carefully. It was always a messy tree. We're glad it's gone. I did clean up some remnant pods in the yard after they left, but I'll never have to do that again. No more mess from that tree. I'm so relieved!

I hired and paid Mr Harmon to trim 4 palm trees. He said he was unable to trim the tallest palm tree due to lack of equipment. He said he would be back next day to trim it. Two weeks later the work is still not completed. During that time Mr Harmon set several dates to complete the trimming but did not do the work. He also never followed up on his missed target dates, I had to contact him and each time I did he assured me it would be done. As early as yesterday he stated the work would be done the following day yet it is not.

Scott and his crew are amazing!!!! For the past several months, my church has contacted Wholesale Tree Trimming to thin out out old oleanders so that our landscape committee can plant new ones and give the new ones more room to grow. His team is efficient and thorough. Also, twice we found damage at the church from severe storms -- in May and just recently. In both cases, Scott had a crew on the premises and cleaned everything up so that no damage was evident by the time people came to the church services. In May, he sent his crew the same day. This last storm, he was able to handle the job within 24 hours, even though it meant coming to the church on early Sunday morning. Our entire church board is grateful to Scott and his crew for helping us beautify and maintain our church grounds, and for being so responsive when we needed his help after storm damage.

I initially contacted him on Friday and made our appointment for yesterday. I let him know that this was going to be for tree removal and he said that it would be $100-$175 more. However I called around to get other estimates, and it should only cost us around $400 total, not $500-$575. When I called and asked him about this, he sort of brushed it off and said he just wanted to charge fair prices. I left it at that and assumed he would be here for the service. The gentleman was supposed to show up yesterday but never showed up. I tried to call him but never got a response back. At this point I am hiring someone else.

Based on his response, I'm amazed at his high rating. It looks to me like he was afraid of some competition. My guess is that he knows his pricing won't stand up. Bottom line... If you want to be told that you'll get a quote and then have it blown off or you plan to not get any other quotes, by all means call this contractor. If not, don't waste your time.

A high branch on one of our mesquite trees split due to the wind. The estimate was right-on because of the work involved. Within two days, Scott and his tree crew were at our home to cut and trim our mesquite trees and our palo verde trees. Scott and his crew were professional, on-time, and personable throughout the job. They cheerfully and patiently answered all our questions. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service that Scott and his team provided and we plan to use Wholesale Tree Trimming and Removal again as well as recommend the company. I needed to have a tree removed and some additional yard work done. I got a very fair price and they cleaned up the yard nicely after.

Quickly and very professionally! All debris was removed - I couldn't even find where the stumps of removed trees were! Overall I am very pleased and recommend them to anyone!

after buying the deal, i was contacted by the provider and scheduled the service. he was prompt and on schedule. the service is good.

Very well, they missed the first appointment due to an employee being unavailable but were fine after that. They were unable to finish on the first day but returned the next day and did a very good job completing the cleanup.

The service was fine. The only problem I had with them, was that I had to reschedule them a couple of times, but they did a great job. When I purchase a big deal, I expect a phone call, and when I get an email, it gets buried in my other emails, and so I had to call them. I just expect a phone call to schedule, not an email. I paid an additional $329 on top of the big deal price. I didn't have any issues. They were supposed to come one day, then they said the next day, and then the next day. They did a good job overall.

Turned a bad experience into a good one. The company missed the initial service day and time, but made it out promptly the next day and did a fantastic job at a much reduced rate. Everything looks great and was handled very professionally.

They were on time as scheduled, gave us a fair estimate of the work and got it done in a day. When we went to the house to check on the results, you would not have known any of these trees or tree stumps had ever been there! We were very pleased. Thank you!
