Description of Work: The Readers Digest Version: On Time Professionally Done - Excellent Crew , never stopped Went the Extra Mile - treated my trees like they were trimming their own Great, Fair Price Excellent Work Perfect Clean-up, and walk thru to make sure all OK. Wow - Owner Scott responded immediately to my phone call, and came the next day to give me an estimate. My 3 trees had not been trimmed in over ten years and suffered old frost damage and neglect. Well, no problem! His crew promptly showed up and after being directed by Owner Scott as to what I wanted, they started to work immediately. These two men never stopped for almost 5hours, and at the end were joined by two other workers and his female supervisor (sorry, forgot her name) for a perfect clean up - no way of knowing they were even here (except for leaving perfectly trimmed trees). Bringing them back to do my palm trees, without hesitation.

Description of Work: I was not home when the company came to remove the tree. When I came home the tree was gone. It was difficult to see where the tree had been. The area of clean of all debris. I had a coupon for $249 for a $400 job. I am very satisfied with my experience with this company

Description of Work: We initially retained Wholesale Tree to remove an overgrown tree from our back yard. Scott and his crew provided excellent service in all respects. Scott was responsive, prompt, reliable, competent and fairly priced. My wife and I were so impressed that we hired him a second time a few weeks later to remove a tree from our front yard, and one from our daughter's yard which is in the same neighborhood. We were not disappointed. Scott is a pro. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm. A++ all the way around.

Description of Work: Scott promised quite a lot. He even explained that he wanted my business "not just for today, but for the next ten years...." However, when he and his team arrived on the day my several trees were to be trimmed, he immediately left the site, saying, "You'll be in good hands." His "crew" worked very quickly, as if hurried, doing what I thought wa sloppy and careless work, but not wanting to address any of the crew-- myself-- I thought I'd just wait until Scott returned. Unfortunately, Scott never returned. When they were finished, a crew member, who I'd never met, knocked on my door saying they were finished, that it was time for me to inspect their work, and pay for the services. The lack of pride and overall terrible job they had done, left me in shock. I pointed out a few issues, especially with my Ficus trees, which looked "hacked-up" rather than trimmed. I even pointed out a neighbor's, noting how neat it looked compared to mine. The crew member replied that if it was green, they wouldn't cut branches.... Well, long story short, I could see I was getting as good as I got, nothing more. In short, they were rushing my job. It was a rush job. Period. Since the work was so poorly done, I had to hire others to complete what Wholesale Tree was hired to do.

Description of Work: In Late July of this year I went looking for a new tree trimming service as I felt that the service I had been using for the last two years started to become a bit lazy in the work they were performing and especially since they had increased their price for the same service I was having performed about every 4 1/2 to 5 months. I have a Sissoo which grows up and out all too fast. No one from this company had ever taken the time to explain to me the best and preferred ways to trim and maintain a tree such as a Sissoo. When the owner of Wholesale Tree Trimming, Scott Harmon, came out to take a look at the one and only tree I needed to have serviced, he was not only professional in his approach but refreshingly honest. Instead of just taking my money and trimming the tree, he gave me a brief education on how this particular tree is best cared for. Scott advised me this type of tree is best not to cut or trim it during its peak growing season, the heat of summer, so he suggested to wait until the weather cools off steadily below triple digits, perhaps around late October or early November and then do the necessary cutting to maintain the tree at a manageable size . I was concerned how quickly it was growing up and out. It was less than five years old and it was already much larger than the house. I expect to be hearing from Mr. Harmon in about 4 to 5 weeks to set an appointment to take care of my monster tree that grows like it is on steroids. I expect Scott will be contacting me around the end of October or early November.

Description of Work: We are very happy with the service & prices we got with Scott Harmon. One year after a bad wind storm, a large branch branch broke off our our very large mesquite tree next to our house. It fell against our house & porch. Even thou Scotts work truck was in the shop for repairs. He and his helpers came in their personnal auto's with the equipment needed to clear thr branch & prevent damage to our roof. Will continue to use Scott Harmon for our tree service. Will recomend to anyone needing tree service.

Description of Work: We used Wholesale Tree Trimming to trim trees for a rental property and for the home we live in. Since I had two places that needed work, I wanted to control costs and find a company that I could use again in the future to take care of all of my trees throughout the year. After getting a quote from another company, I decided to go with Scott Harmon because they quoted the work based on what it would cost them to do the job as quoted. Since I have a lot of trees, I had Wholesale take care of the bigger trees and clean up trees on the front and back of both houses.
