Description of Work: Provider calls me. We set appointment for next morning during 3 hour window from 9 to 12 ( their choice). About 1 PM with no show or phone call, I call, accept a lame apology and agree to reschedule. Company rep puts me off until next day when he says they will call and schedule new appointment. I never heard another word from provider. Service provided, zero. Nothing for you to consider. I paid and received nothing.

Our service was delayed at first because we had to send a mold sample off to be analyzed. Chris and Curtis have been a pleasure to work with. Description of Work: Duct cleaning up to 10 vents and 1 dryer vent. I also purchased 8 supply vents plus 2 visit for 1 yr air conditioner tune up. I have never had a tune up. I only had 8 vents so that the price was a little high. They wanted me to purchase a 2 yr tune up which I was not interested in. The vents they purchased for me are excellent and they installed them for me.

Description of Work: They showed up, looked at the AC unit on the roof for a short time. Then talked to us about a duct cleaning service and told us we needed to change the AC filter which had been changed the previous week. Not impressed!
