In July, your non emergency A/C replacement has to come after emergencies. We were flexible with that. How can anyone say another home has to do without while we upgrade? But we had a drop dead date when we were going out of town, and someone would be house and pet sitting for us. We couldn't leave them potentially with no air. So they got it done well in advance and in time to make some adjustments. The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told that my LG Refrigerator has a flaw in the design and the ice maker can't be fixed. On May 4, 2017 I called to schedule an appointment for the repair of a burner on my range. The receptionist took my information and said she'd speak with the owner about my unused "Big Deal." As of July 3, 2017, I have not had a return call

Company called prior to visit and Alan arrived approximately 10:00 a.m. Turned out fuse had blown due to power surge. Problem fixed with fuse replacement. Went ahead and did a service check of unit. $75 total charge. Could not have asked for better service or resolution.

He cleaned & cleared the drain, then installed a small heat probe that keeps it from freezing again, then replaced a shelf support that I had jerry-rigged, with an honest to goodness sturdy support.

It went very well. Unlike many other companies who offer PM services, he did not attempt to sell me additional services that were unnecessary.

Very poorly. Servicemen said unit was operating properly; Freezer temp per fridge thermometer was 44 before he came and well after he left. After leaving noticed unit was about 10-12 inches too far forward. When pushed back just a few inches found out why: the serviceman had damaged floor and was using unit to conceal it. Called the following morning about repair of refrigerator & floor. Was told different servicemen would be out between 1-5PM and owner would call about floor neither event happened. Called the following morning: placed on hold when lady came back to phone was told that the serviceman said that the weren't qualified to work on that unit. Why? it was the same make & model that I called in three days earlier. Their suggestion call Sears. Was told owner would call but never did. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to follow the advice of their receptionist: call Sears

Fine, the service was 79 and the part was extra but since I needed it for the appliance to be fixed, I purchased it..

fixed my ice maker. great, friendly service. the repairman definitely knew what he was doing. would certainly use again.

He decided the fan was bad. He suggested we order a new one and he would be back to install it. When we called the office to schedule a return visit, and asked for the same technician. They sent a different guy. He was very nice, but I'm not sure he knew exactly how to fix the problem. The ice maker worked for about a week and now it is broken again. It obviously wasn't the fan. We have not called back to have them back out yet, but we will. Just not sure all this frustration is worth it for a GE ice maker, as it will probably go out again. Might just stick with the "make it myself" stuff. I will try this company again to fix a washing machine, as I don't really blame them for the crappy GE fridge.

Very thorough job. Removed a lot of dirt. Replaced all vents without any damage to walls.

Washing machine was making loud squeaking noises when slowing down after spinning. Replaced brakes. Machine worked for a while and then started smoking. Had to come out again to make repairs. Ended up being very costly. Not totally sure if first visit caused second problem.

Service rep made it to house the same day of call, and several minutes early from scheduled time. Service rep was through and fixed air conditioning quickly, giving options and projected costs to fix problem. Would definately use again!

The technician arrived promptly when he said that he would and checked out my refrigerator. It had not been cooling properly in both the freezer and main section. He found that the main compressor cooling fan was jammed by cardboard (caused by the movers when I moved here in 2013) and was not operating at all. He replaced the fan with a new one and the refrigerator has been operating great ever since. He was very professional and helpful to me and I would use him again.

The AL was for large appliance repair. I contacted the company prior to purchasing to make sure they worked on Kenmore brand washers and I also told them exactly what the washer was doing so that they could evaluate the issue prior to coming out in case they needed to bring parts. The tech arrived, evaluated by sound only that it was the ball bearings, nothing was taken apart or visually checked and I was given an estimate to repair of $400-600. The tech agreed that a new washer could be purchased for that amount so no repair was done. This visit consisted of 10 minutes. Although I felt the company response time was good in getting back with me and that the tech was professional and courteous, I felt the company had suffient time prior to me purchasing the AL deal to tell me that my issue, based on what I told them, sounded like ball bearings and would be a high cost to repair. This courtesy could have saved me the $74 for the 10 minute service call and I would have had a much better respect for their company, probably use them in the future and/or refer to someone else.

The service was good. They came out pretty quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. I think they had to order the part and then, they came out. They were very good. Mike, the owner, was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. There were no additional charges to the $74 Big Deal cost. Actually, he is doing the same thing again. It just started a week or so ago, but I do not think it was anything he did or did not do. I think it is in the model probably. He is a small businessman, really on the ball, and really cares about what he is doing. Those are the things that stand out. That is rare nowadays. His prices were fair.

I wanted to know why our washing machine tub would fill with water every so often - sporadically and to different levels. The repair man could not tell me why the machine did that. So my problem was not solved.

The technicain tried everything, but it nothing worked, howevcer he did rremommend a plumber you might bve able to do it. In the end I was not charged since no service was proformed..

I explained the situation to the repairman, and he quickly went to work.. He found the oven's circuitry drawing and determined there was a reset button. After removing the back from the stove, he was unable to access the button. He replaced the back panel and entered the stove from the front panel. After tripping the reset button, the stove began heating. No parts were needed.

It was a Big Deal offer. There was a craftsman that was really rude and condescending but they got the thing fixed. I wouldn't rate them the highest but they did it get fixed and they honored the deal. There was no additional cost. They spent a couple of trips to get in here and do it. What I liked was that they got the job and they fixed it. One guy said it would be impossible to fix it and he had to call his boss and he's going to have to take it outside and I was actually going to get a new one and then his boss called back and sent some more people a couple of days later to fix it and they fixed it right in the room. They kind of made a big mess. It was a tough job but there was an "I can't do" attitude kind of thing. I didn't like that but they did get the job done and that's what we're rating them on. The price was excellent. I'm not sure if I would use them again.
