Description of Work: Remove and replace 2 old toilets with toilets I purchased at Lowes. Install cost by Lowes would have been $180 - this was half the price and the job was perfect!

Dear valued member, As you can see by every review besides yours, I do my best to do an excellent job and be very punctual. It's not like me at all to "blow off" a customer. For the longest time Ive been trying to figure out who you were and why I did what I did to upset you. Now that its been almost a year and my brain is bringing back a horrible memory. I realized today, that my 14 year old dog Biscuit was hit by a car at midnight the day or the day after we spoke. I saved her from the pound when I was 18 and had her for fourteen years until her death. She was my "right hand woman" going to work with me every day, hanging out in my truck while I was in peoples homes. A car hit her and took off. She, being as awesome as she was, walked back into my house with all her skin ripped off and gasping for air. I rushed her to Grand Island which was the only place open at that hour. I couldn't save her and nothing else in my life mattered at that time. I was in a very bad state of depression for weeks to follow because she and I were together every day since I turned 18. I deeply apologize for not getting back to you. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I found myself in a horrible place and didn't know how to handle it.
