Outstanding and I hired Mr. Shurtleff on two occasions this fall in the Buffalo NY area as he was in town visiting family. He is prompt, professional and charges reasonable prices for jobs that are too difficult for me to do myself. I am a new home owner and appreciate the effort he made to check my housing projects off the list!

Dave is a super guy! He is quick and knows his stuff! He always treats us fairly and goes above and beyond to help us out. We have recommended him to our son and he helped him with his refrigeration unit, once again going out of his way to help him locate a part that was hard to find. He fixed it quickly and got him going again at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone needing a good handyman. We trust him like family!

I had a very expensive two panel door that had been damage and split. Dave was able to fix the door for a fraction of the price of a new door. He found a very creative way to fix the door in a way that ensured the doors functionality, strength and appearance.

David is pleasant, mild-mannered and professional. He works quickly and is neat and organized. There were a couple of jobs relating to blinds and shutters I was willing to have him do, but he said he was not an expert at it. I appreciate that he was willing to say what he can and cannot do (vs. try and mess something up). These days it can be tough to find someone reliable and honest who does top-notch work, and he meets all those qualifications. Will definitely hire him again.

The company did a fantastic job, met their deadline and was professional. They were so good, I already rehired them to do a second job for me and the entire team was professional and reliable. They left the place spotless. I would definitely use them again.

Contractor did an excellent job on the drywall replacement. He was very thorough in his approach and ensured customer satisfaction. The repair went well, he showed up on time for each of his appointments and kept me informed on progress. The repair site looked exactly the same (if not better) after all work was done. Dave arrived on time and politely did all the work he said he would do. He had estimated 3-4 hours, and it took him 3 hours! He was very thorough with is work. Neat and orderly - cleaned up after himself. I would gladly hire him again.

Dave did an amazing job! The quality of his work was excellent and he got through my entire -- and very long -- list in two hours, making it very reasonable. I would recommend him without any reservations. Now that I know the wide variety of projects he can do and how well he does them, I'm putting together another list for him to take care of!

Nick has outstanding workmanship. I've used him for several small projects and all turned out well. His prices are reasonable and he is very conscientious. He is resourceful at finding solutions to problems that may stump the normal homeowner. He is a "one man show" and much in demand. This means he is usually booked up for a number of weeks so you should not expect him to handle urgent or emergency situations. If you have a project that needs attention call him as soon as you can so you can get in his backlog.

He did an okay job. He got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling took some time because he had the flu and did not call me back. He seemed like a good guy and seemed competent.

He was on time, explained our options, and finished within an hour. He cleaned up the few particles left and thanked us for allowing him to work on the house. A+ kind of guy. Thanks Dave.

This young man calls himself a handyman but I dare say he is far more. I was stunned at how quickly he provided solutions to problems and gave me an accurate supply list to help him get his job done. He hung a door in a hall way that was not meant to have a door, you could not tell it to look at it. He resolved a heavy bag hanging problem with the bag swaying too much, works great. He installed cat doors, looked at a door lock that was working poorly. Cut and placed closet shelves... And all that in just a few hours. This is my new -- hope your available when I need you - go to guy.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of handyman service for $89.00 + additional discount coupon for $5 (less than half normal price for this service). Dave from Top Notch Handyman Services got in touch promptly to schedule the service, which consisted of installing shelves for photos throughout our home. This type of shelving is kind of tricky to install ( I know from experience ) and he did a terrific professional job and finished in the amount of time purchased. We were very pleased with Dave's work and hired him for some additional things which he completed the next day - again a very nice job done. Prompt and professional service! We will call Top Notch in the future and would recommend them for almost anything based on this experience!

Dave was responsive and accommodating to our short notice request for an appointment. It was important that one of the projects would be completed within five days, and Dave was able to get it done. We found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. We will hire him in the future for other maintenance and repair issues.

He did all this work in 2 hours and it was well done. I also found out he is a Cordon Bleu trained chef so he can cater your dinner after he fixes everything! I enjoyed having him work in my home and I would hire him again whenever I need a handyman.
