I only had the inspection performed. The run capacitor was going bad and i did not have the money to have a new one installed at that time . The Marine Corp professional was real understanding . One of the owners, Jason, came to talk to me about purchasing a unit and listened to each of the difficulties I was having with my former system. He recommended several units with different price options from which I chose mine. Jason recommended several other items that would help me with keeping allergy irritants out of my system. He was very good at recommending the unit I needed for my breathing difficulties. He set up the appointment immediately. The next day one of his teams consisting of Tim, Bill, and Greg came on time and started right to work. All three were friendly, but hard working the entire day. They remained through the daylight hours and trouble shot hook up issues when they came up. These young men were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had for them. They cleaned up everything, took my old unit to recycle, and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Overall, this company gets a A+ from me.

Fair - Jesse (tech) was here for total of 15 min. When he finished, my husband asked about cleaning indoor coil. Jesse said they don't do indoor cleaning. Ours is indoor but totally accessible -(which was on the list). he didnt even ask were it was. We asked about bonus acid wash of condenser ($120 value). They don't do that. We showed him the Angie's list deal - he never seen it before. We have done the Angie's List 20 point conditioning tune-up deal for several years and this is the first time we felt we didnt get the full value. I know that the cost was only $39.00, but companies should not sign up to participate if they are not going to fullfill the agreement. We did get the basic service, but I will not use them for any additional service.

My wife Jenny and I Chuck had the crew here earlier today. It was a pleasure dealing with such nice men. And they are United States Marine Corps buddies and now are civilians, BUT they still have the Corps honor. They are the type of men you would like your daughter to marry. Additionally, they are of the type you would love to have as sons. Some companies have ratings ranging from 0 - 5 and other companies have the 0 - 10 for their ratings. These fine men don't have the rating system. Why you ask? Well because the rating we would give them would be in the seven digit figures. Yes Mam or Sir they are honestly that good at what they do. You have our word on it. We don't give our word very often, if you do you are placing yourself as a person and your family name on the line. When we give our word you can rest assured we will carry through with it. Our family covers all five of the service. WE were guided in our early youth from veterans of WW I & WW II. and the RAF. My wife and I have the same qualities of Honor God Country Duty & Family. This is something a non-military person has difficulty doing in their daily lives. God bless them one and all.

Jesse and his staff were the BEST. We were able to order a new AC through him and then a day later they came and installed it. They did all kinds of work to make sure that the fit was perfect and that they addressed all of our concerns. They worked all day to make sure that my family was happy. When they were done, they even vacuumed up the whole area and gave us two different follow up calls just to make sure that everything was ok. I am a SAHM and I wasn't sure if I would feel comfortable with people I didn't know in my house all day. However, Jesse's crew were polite and considerate and made me feel so safe, I actually left them in my home and ran an errand that had to get done. These men and this company are the real deal! Use them you will get your money's worth.

Service was first class from the get go. Jesse sold us an Amana 5 ton 16 seer New a/c unit. Jason and his crew arrived promptly at 8:30. Service was exceptional, Jason explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. The issues that came up during the removal of the old unit Jason fixed. I felt Jason was very through in his work as well as his crew. I was very impressed with not only his knowledge of the product but his work ethic and mannerism was impeccable.
