NULAWN Landscape Remodel and Design

It went fantastic. Brett was punctual and very responsive via e-mail. The front lawn hadn't been touched since the house was built in the late 1990's. Brett was able to match the existing desert rock, repair our sprinkler system and add the requested shrubs, all without us being there. By the time I got home from work, the yard was completed and it was like no one was even there (fantastic cleanup). Afterwards, Brett sent me a follow up e-mail regarding my timer as well as the suggestions on plant care. I would definitely request Brett's services again!

Last year I purchased a sprinkler tune-up through Angie's List for NULAWN. Our schedules didn't match up to allow the tune-up to occur. However, Brett made good on it last week. He responded to my inquiry promptly and professionally. He was also able to come by to give me a quote within a couple of days. He even called when he was on his way to the house. Thankfully, he took the time to do the repair while he was there, instead of scheduling it for another day, which would have caused me to have to take time off from work. I plan to use in my next home purchase. I have also recommended NULAWN to friends and family.

Have been with NULAWN for almost two years. Brett has provided excellent service twice a month for my rental house. You need look no further for someone to take the worry and thought out of your pool and yard maintenance. I am the property owner and live in Indiana. Brett and his team go above and beyond to make sure everything is working and doing well. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I pay for nothing that is not needed and lets me know when we do need to make a repair. Living 2000 miles from my rental property, it is beyond wonderful to have someone care for my property like their own. I would hire NuLawn every time!

It went very well. His idea for using decorative iron trellises and three bougainvillea for the vast expanse of 10 foot high concrete wall in back was brilliant. He was entirely alert to our preferences and tried to make our ideas work.

Have the pool serviced once a week & yard work 2 x a month.. I've been a Customer for about 15 years.

They did a great job of pruning the trees back far enough so that they won't have to be done again right away, but also to better maintain the health of the trees. The clean up is always well done. I am a property manager and NuLawn does jobs for me on a regular basis. Brett is reliable, courteous and concientious. He and his crew do a great job and I like working with them and will continue to.

They did solve my problem. What I wound up paying ultimately seemed a little high later on as I looked into it more after the work was done. I was reasonably satisfied. Apparently, as he tried to fix it, he said he replaced some wires and something else. Later on, my wife was reminding me that those wires had been replaced not too long ago. So, I didn't know what the reason was for replacing those. Then there was a short wire in front. It was about 3 feet. He replaced that. It only took him a few minutes. It was a little pricey for that. I would use them only if I have to. Otherwise, probably not. They were pretty prompt. My interaction with them was good. It has worked since it has been done. I don't have any complaints about the work that was performed.

Brett originally came over and diagnosed that there was a leak that needed to be addressed. After some negotiating, he offered to come over and help out on a weekend, outside of their service hours. After digging up the area, we found that the leak was instead on the mainline. He discounted the rate since the initial diagnosis was incorrect and offered to help come back and clean up if the plumber would not be able too. I appreciate Brett's commitment to his customers, thanks!
