NULAWN Landscape Remodel and Design

The crew of 4 got right to it and removed the trees by climbing in them and cutting back the limbs and trunk foot by foot... using ropes. This was delicate because the two trees were 4 ft from a block wall and a pool fence and hung over a pool. It was not a job to saw off the limbs and have them fall to the ground. The did an excellent job with no fence or pool damage. I was afraid and Kind of expecting something to go wrong. Very Pleased!

Had some trouble getting together for estimate but after that things went well. The job was replacing 20 year old builder irrigation system. Work was done cleanly and to spec. No issues. Good job, same day in and out. New timer, new valves, new lines. Good value for money.

I am a new customer. I called Nu-Lawn with a problem with my sprinkler system. I had bad pressure and a leak in one of the lines. Within a short time they showed up and fixed the problems and are coming back to fix some more problems. They are pleasant to work with and will be hired again!

Brett is very personable and listened to what I wanted. I could not have asked for a better company and work crew! Materials arrived prior and work done on time when he said it would. Brett explained everything by phone and also met us at the house to walk-thru the drip irrigation system replacement and the backyard LED lighting project. Brett and his crew did a great job! Brett was very responsive and the crew worked hard and seemed to enjoy each other. We didn't get another quote because my husband really liked him when they first met so I'm not sure how he would fit in with costs, but he was worth it. I'm pretty sure that after the apocalypse, the world will be left with cockroaches and that marvelous wall that NULAWN built!

Excellent...the owner, Brett came out the next day and replaced the broken piece and installed a commercial-grade sprinkler head, plus left a spare nozzle in case I didn't like the spray pattern of the new sprinkler. He was done in less than an hour; It would have taken me two or three times as long if I had done it myself...great work at a fair price; I highly recommend Nulawn and will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need sprinkler repair(s) again.

Nulawn, specifically Brett, was wonderful to work with. We asked him to help design and install our landscape and it turned out perfectly. We had concrete installed turning gravel into a 3rd parking spot in the front of our house and a place to add a shed behind our RV gate. We also removed sisoo trees that were destroying hardscape and our block fences. We replaced them with black plums. We also replaced our main grass area with artificial turf. We have dogs and the turf is great, although it does get hot. Plan on adding some shade or having other areas for your dogs to eliminate when the summer sun is out. Lastly we simplified our shrubs and have a cleaner looking yard. Additional gravel helped spruce things up, too. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a company that provides solid advice. Nulawn communicated well, executed excellently, and addressed issues promptly. Timmus and Stacy

Contacted and was requested to send photos of problem areas and request. Did this over two weeks ago (before July 4) and received no response to detailed e-mail with photos and information. We had to call twice to see what status was. Finally, got a return call and was told not interested. It would have been nice to have gotten that response early on if he wasn't interested in doing the work. Totally unprofessional. Am now on the search for another provider who is professional and customer service oriented. Contact at your own risk.

I undertook a major landscape redesign of my home in Mesa. In doing so, I received several estimates from Angie's List Certified landscape companies. They are expert in performing a wide variety of landscape redesign and improvement. The did two jobs for me. The first involved redesigning landscaping in my front yard surrounding a grove of orange trees, including installing a drip irrigation system and accent lighting in my front and back yard. The second job involved regraveling a large portion of my backyard and installing super high quality professional grade artifical turf in my front yard. The turf they installed is not only the best I've ever seen, but you literally cannot tell that it's artifical unless you get on the ground with a magnifying glass. Nulawn was selected to do the work because of the following reasons: 1. The owner, Brett Massie, is personally involved ever step of the process. He's young, enthusiastic and provides exceptional customer service. 2. Nulawn's bid was not the lowest in price, but was far from being the highest estimate. It came in about the middle of six estimates. But their work was outstanding. And Brett is very cost conscious, offering a wide range of price options for his work. 3. The job began on or before they said the would and finished ahead of schedule and on or below budget in every instance. I recommend Nulawn with reservation.

The job went excellent and Brett was very patient with this fussy mechanical engineer and my unusual plumbing ideas for the sprinkler supply line. His lead employee Martine was very thorough and conscientious. As usual there are likely people out there that could do it cheaper but also likely not as good a job.
