Description of Work: Brett from NuLawn did an assessment of our sprinkler system. He replaced sprinkler heads, replaced a pipe in our front yard and did some other general sprinkler maintenance. He is very professional, on time, great to work with. When we are ready to do a larger landscaping project, we will contact NuLawn.

Description of Work: Buyer beware. The provider is deceitful and is not honoring the Big Deal as advertised. I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for $200 credit toward tree service. It took a while to finally get in contact with the service provider to schedule an estimate/service. Since I only needed a small lime tree removed, Brett @ NULAWN said to e-mail him a picture to get a better estimate. Once he got back to me, he stated that it normally costs $100 to remove the tree and an extra $50 for stump grinding. Even though the deal I purchased should have given me $200 dollars towards of tree service, he stated that he would have to charge me an extra $50 separately as a trip charge since I was out of his service area but the city I live in is clearly one that is listed in his service area profile. He further divulged that he needs to make money since Angies List takes a 33% cut of the big deal price and he can't send a crew out to do the job for a $66 profit. So then he said it would really be a $250 job in essence. He's not honoring the $101 credit I purchased the big deal for since the actual cost to remove it (and grind stump) would only be $150 in cash outside of the Angies List Deal. He's just doubling his prices. After I discussed all this on the phone with him and told him he shouldn't be advertising deals he can't uphold, he sent me a follow-up e-mail stating that: "The cheapest route would be to cut it down your self as stated below, then ask your current landscaper to dig out the root. It should only cost $50 to do so, if they are already there on site. Sorry for any inconvenience but my company would charge a total of $250 for that job as you requested, how ever you want to break it down."
