Description of Work: Little confusion at first, as they never called to set up appointment. I called and they were apologetic and immediately set the appointment up, answered my concerns and in fact someone called moments later to address my concerns as well, so I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile in kitchen and bathrooms and sealed the grout. It went well, however, they were not able to get all of the stains out of the grout. I'm not highly confident they had the stronger cleaner necessary, however, I am not a tile and grout cleaning expert.
