Excellent, timely, efficient and trustworthy

The workmen (2 of them) came in and set up their equipment. They were nearly finished when the boss showed up and asked me if they were doing what I wanted. It was an excellent experience. I would hire them again if I need the work done again.

Good, the initial price was attractive but the add on's didn't make it a very good deal

Floor looked great after he left but when it all dried I had white spots under cupboards, next to floor boards. Bottom of cupboards had been splashed; same with feet on table and chairs. Said it would last about a year; high traffic areas now look same as when they started. Wasn't a bad job but not great.

I asked Next Level Carpet about Cleaning and waxing RV outside. I showed the technician the RV's roof, I run my hand across the roof and showed him the white powder on my hand. I asked him it the waxing and cleaning would take care of the white powder, he said yes. The roof was the reason I was having the work done, the sides really didn't need waxing. I called to let them know they forgot to do the top, I was told they did not do the tops and RVs. I was told he would send me a refund of $150, I told him I needed the roof done. He said all he could do was give us a partial refund of $150, but we have not received anything

I paid but I didn't get any service!!!

They never showed up or returned calls

Service was fine. He showed up when he said he would and did a good job. I was perfectly satisfied with it.

I purchased this deal and I got a hold of them really quick, unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment I have scheduled. So I tried them again weeks later and it seems the business disappeared, I can't get a hold of them and had to contact AL to request a refund, unfortunately it was after the 30-days when I found out all this, but AL made an exception due to the nature of this case.

The company was unresponsive and I was unable to get the work done.

It was fine. I assume they did it right. I have no idea. They went back there and cleaned. They came when they said they would. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They disconnected, put their vacuum in and cleaned out the vents that go to the outside of the house. Two people came out to perform the service. There were no unexpected issues. This was the first time I used them. If a friend or a family member said they needed their vent cleaned I would suggest them. They came out at a reasonable time and did the job. I don't have anything negative to say. I thought the price was reasonable. I thought they were very professional. They just came in and I showed them where the dryer was and they went right to it.

We have carpets cleaned two to three times a year (pets).Great job, the best yet. Especially like that he left the carpets more dry than any of previous cleaners. Less pungent cleaning odor as well.

I was unable to contact the company and found out they had gone out of business. My money was refunded by Angies List.

Reasonable cleaning of tiles and grout by machine. Paid to have permanent grout sealer laid down. This caused the original visit to have to be replaced with a second visit and pricing to jump considerably from that quoted on Angie's list, even though I had indicated that was my desire up front. The negatives were that those parts of tiles that were on the edges the grout was not cleaned and the sealant used to cover up prior dirt, (I felt it should have been cleaned by hand). which in some places was not 100% effective , also a couple of grout lines were missed. I did persuade them to leave me a little sealant so was able to redo problem areas. A number of answers to questions seemed dishonest, thus pricing seemed to be plucked out of air and no rates were quoted. I was told sealant could not be purchased commercially, subsquently found it sold at home depo.

I called them twice and they never returned my call. My third time calling them, the number said it was not longer working.

It went well, I would recommend them.

This company is extremely professional. Abraham Martinez was our service technician and he was excellent. The advance communication was thorough. Company showed up on time. The work was done was to our satisfaction. We not only received a written thank you but also we got a personal thank you phone call. We were very impressed with them and will use them in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

Originally I posted a complaint to Angie's list that the company did not follow-up to make an appointment after I paid for a special cost deal through Angie's List for sofa cleaning. After my complaint we found there was a misscommunication and the Owner of Next Level called us, set up an appointment for the next day. After speaking with the Owner and finding through discussion that he was knowledgeable and experienced in the company's work, we decided to book an appointment to have our Travertine floors cleaned and polished. The sofa cleaning was thorough and done well. The floor cleaning was done fairly well; the crew had trouble with the cleaning equipment and they called the Owner. The Owner, Kipp came out to our house in Anthem from Queen Creek and assessed the equipment situation and further checked the work that his crew performed. Kipp was not satisfied with the grout cleanliness and arranged to have his crew come back on another day to go back and re-do their work to use special cleaning brushes on the grout to ensure that it looked like new and they also re-polished all other ares of the floors while redoing/polishing the areas around the grout lines. Our floors look like new and we are very satisfied with the work . We would recommend Kipp and his crew and would call them again for future upholstery, carpet and floor cleaning.

Crew showed up on time and did a terrific job. At small additional cost they added pet treatment which I really needed. The vacuum they use to clean the carpet was strong enough to lift the carpet up. My rooms and furniture look great. I used two Big Deal coupons to try them but they are going to be my regular cleaner.

The owner is very much on top of the process and very anxious to provide a good experience. They were on-time and did a very good job of cleaning the carpets. I've used three different carpet cleaning companies in the past. Next Level provided the best value and best results.

Technician showed up right on time. He applied pet dander treatment and then steam cleaned carpet. Afterwards he wiped the tile to remove the wet footprints. He was curious and efficient. Carpet looks so much better.

Kipp arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly cleaned our floors (2000 + sq feet), also cleaned the carpets in several bedrooms at a discount and cleaned our dryer vent. Definitely would use again. Highly recommend.

Service was great, they arrived as scheduled and completed the work well beyond our expectations. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
