Description of Work: Did a great job. Only problem was a sort of misunderstanding as far as a protective spray went. I thought it was included, because nothing was mentioned about an extra cost. I did pay the extra charge but I reminded him to let the customer know in advance of the overcharge next time

Description of Work: Cleaned all dryer vents, screens and pipes. Vacuumed up all lint debris. Professional and made suggestions for future care.

Description of Work: The service was fine but could not have afforded to pay their usual price. The "sale price" was manageable, but even then...the procedure took no time at all, leaving me to wonder what was up with their full price. All they had to do was vacuum the lint out of the dryer line! |That said, for no extra charge they reattached my dryer vent hose which had come loose. |There was a LOT of accumulated dust, so that was impressive. I guess there should have been a lot...that dryer had been running a few times a week for 7 years! Their recommendation was for me to reschedule for another appt in 6 months. NOT!!!

Description of Work: When I went to use the coupon, the company was unreachable. Don't answer the phone. Email doesn't work. I've evidently paid for a service from a company that was on the brink of closing down. |I've filled this out before and never had a response from Angie's List!!

Description of Work: I ordered this service and receive a message on Angielist.com from the company confirming my order, but I never spoke with the service provider. I was able to leave a voicemail the first 2-3 times I called, but now there isn't even a voicemail available. Now, the phone number is never answered and there is no voicemail available. The phone number they provided on their website is disconnected. On Feb. 6, I flew to Minnesota for a family medical emergency. I stayed in Minnesota for an entire month (until the first week of March) trying to make arrangements. Then, I was working overtime the last month trying to catch up financially. I would have reported this sooner, but I have not had the time. I am struggling financially and was hoping to get a refund for a service I never received. Thank you for your time. (If need be, I can provide my plane ticket and hotel reservations, receipts to confirm I was out of town)

Description of Work: This service went absolutly horrable. My appointment was scheduled to be between 9 and 11. I attempted to call at 11:15 & the phone number that is on the website is not a good number. At 11:45 someone finally called & said thay were on the way. When questioned, he said he just got it from dispatch. |When he started working he had a 6 foot brush that he was using to clean my vents. My vent is 20+ foot long. I informed him that I paid for a vent cleaning, not a partial vent cleaning. he then made a phone call to another tech & told me someone would be by at 3:00. Nobody called & nobody showed. I ended up going to Home Depot & getting all the necessary tools & doing it myself. |In my opinion, this purchase was a ripoff & I would not refer them to anyone.

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 sofas and a loveseat, and used a pet pre-treat. The smell of the pre-treat solution was so strong for more than a day that it was hard to be in the house. Too much water made the sofa wet and unusable for about 24 hours. I had to call them back after several days when the odor still was noticeable. They were very responsive and came right out to mist the sofa and extract the moisture. That did improve the situation. I felt that the problem was caused by going a bit overboard, not by incompetence, and the responsiveness of both the owner and the technicians was excellent.

Description of Work: We have 2 bedrooms with carpet. We have 2 oriental rugs that needed cleaning. And we have 2 fabric chairs that need cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 3 rooms and a hall way. The carpet is over 16 years old. We have raised 3 generations of dogs. Not all were potty trained. The carpet has not been cleaned in over a year and was cleaned by a professional. So in certain areas the carpet was extremely dirty.

Description of Work: Cleaned several rooms of carpet and grout cleaning in the kitchen

Description of Work: Cleaned the master bath floor tile and grout, and the master bath shower.
