They have been very good so far. They charge by the job not by the hour. They are very knowledgable and answer all my questions. They are cautious about making predictions about things and try to address the problem at a reasonable level.

A serviceman came to our rescue within an hour of calling. No special fee for the special call-out. He worked on the clog for about an hour and a half and had the job done. He even cleaned up the sink and floor before he put away his tools! I did not stop to compare prices so I am not sure what the median is but the very professional & impressive service was worth the cost.
Description of Work: In the middle of making an elaborate dinner for guests, my disposal refused to eat any more veggie peelings. Nothing we could do would budge the sludge. Panicking, I called my neighbor to see who she might suggest in this predicament. She said she could recommended Mr. Rooter.
