I looked here on Angieslist for a plumber that specialized in trenchless technology and settled on Mr. Rooter. Glad I did. Donnie came out the next day and evaluated the situation and gave me a solid quote that was almost half the other plumber. Donnie and his crew installed new drain pipes within 2 days. I was very happy with the service and price! I called them again on another issue with the gas valves on the dryer and hot water heater and again they provided outstanding service. This time it was Rafael who is their gas line specialist and he also worked on the drain pipes.

It went good. He cleared it out. I would absolutely use them again.

After the first contact they always showed up 1 to 3 hrs later than we were told they said. The young man in charge of the job was super nice and a well trained employee.

It apparently got lost in the shuffle when I signed up and I think that was Angie’s List. They said they never got their notice, but somehow, I got a hold of them again and they were very quick to respond. I am not sure who’s problem it was to take a month to get a hold of him. It took an hour each time. They left the area clean. It turned out fine. “A” for the first one, I had two gentlemen come, “B” for the second one. I would rather the first gentleman got credit for his involvement. I won’t use them. The first gentleman won’t be with them much longer and the second gentleman was intent on selling me a new drain. First person was very nice, the second one I was upset about the findings, so it’s not fair that I judge them about that.

Great. Jason did a great job and we LOVE our instant hot water heater. We had an issue with it at first and Mr. Rooter came right out and fixed it. Had another potential issue, I thought, and they came out and made sure everything was good. It was my worry that something was wrong but it wasn't.

Louis was friendly, helpful, advised me of the price before he touched the job. He called his boss to get me a better price.
