He came out and was suppose to did something, but had warranty, he came back and did nothing, and wanted to charge an extra $6000.00. This man is crooked. He wanted over $10000.00, for what another plumber did for $1800.00. Very dissatisfied. We are taking him to court, and if I don't see him no more, it will be too soon for me.

Only checked one toilet. Replaced a part with an additional fee. Toilet did not work any better. Gave us an outrageous estimate for future work. Not very professional.

The technician, Donny, showed up right on time and was very knowledgeable. He quoted me a price right away and also offered me an Angie's List discount. Donny went straight to work and was done in very short order. His work was professional and he certainly knows the specs for all things plumbing related. No pressure selling additional services and I felt good about my purchase.

I bought the toilet tune-up on Angie's list. The tech showed up, and didn't do the tune-up, said I needed a new toilet. His price for that was over $600. I brought up the tune-up, and he said that he'd take $40 off of the price of a new toilet. I called another company, and they did the tune up and I haven't had a problem since.

Technician was Preston Slade. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem immediately with leaky toilet as previous flapper had hard plastic that didn't allow flapper to close all the way. Once replaced, toilet leak stopped.

Plumber was kind, informative, and very professional.

Upon completion of above work they informed us that our whole drainage system needed replaced at a cost of $19,500!!!! After further review with 3 other companies we were informed, first and foremost that the cost was exorbitant. As well as not needed. They also tried to Hydro scrub the whole house. But informed us that the lines were too plugged for their Hydro scrub machine to get thru the lines. We have recently reviewed the bill and discovered we had paid for the Hydro scrub that was not perfomed to the tune of $976.52.

I had been dealing with sewer issues for several years with multiple plumbing companies recommending I replace the sewer, however with my custom concrete flooring I was dreading the cost of having to replace not only my sewer but my floors as well. Earlier this month I called out Mr. Rooter Plumbing after experiencing a back up. Donny came out within an hour of me calling and put a camera in my line and was able to show me the condition of the old cast iron pipe under the floor. After seeing that I realized I just could not put off replacing this any longer, I expressed to Donny my concerns about my floor and he gave me several options on resolving my sewer issue once and for all. I was very excited to find out they could actually replace the line without tearing up my floors and it would have a 10 yr warranty, best part was the price, it was half the price I had been given by other companies and I would have still had the additional expense of replacing my floors and hotel expenses at one point I was told I would not have services for a whole week. I had Donny out on Tuesday and within just a couple of days the entire sewer was replaced without me having to leave and without anything torn up, I was only out of service for a couple of hours not days! I was very impressed with not just the workmanship but the overall experience from the gal who answered my call, to the quick response time and to the crew that came out to my home Donny, Jake and Matt. They did an outstanding job, I am so pleased that my problem was fixed affordably! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Mr. Rooter snaked out the back bathroom sink and provided me with a courtesy video view of a recently completed sewer pipe replacement. The video showed very shoddy work and the problems of a clogged sewer had not been corrected. The contractor came back and redid the job to my and the city's satisfaction. I should have gone to Mr. Rooter in the first place to replace the line, but got conned.

They are prompt, efficient, and clean and head and shoulders above any Rooter type company. I’ve been cheated twice by competitors.
