Bob arrived on time, explained the problem & performed service professionally.

I called Mr. Rooter and they scheduled an appt for someday! Juan arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Juan was very professional and pleasant. work was done well and quickly.

He was very proper and polite he completed the work and was effective.

Very well-the technician Juan was great.

It went as well as I had hoped. I know plumbers are not cheap, but prices are hand to place on labor so a standard rate is great!

I came home from a trip and all of my drains started overflowing when I started doing the laundry. I was able to pull the toilet off myself and noticed that the toilet flange was connecting to a cast iron pipe that was in pretty rough shape. Once Mr. Rooter came out, they immediately started saying how he'd need to replace the flange, and it would be expensive, and take two days. I told them I just need them to clear the drain, and I knew they had a deal with Angie's List; I would take care of the toilet. The guy that came out said he'd have to call his boss. In the meantime, I had looked up how to fix my toilet flange and headed to the hardware store to get the necessary parts. When I came back, his boss was there. The boss said he can?t do it for the $98; it would be $249. The $98 is if they can access it through the clean-out outside; it?s $249 is if they need to do it from inside the house. I ended up calling another company, Valleywide Plumbing, who came out after finishing another job. He was able to do the clean out through the front clean-out access. I had already replaced closet flange for toilet by the time the second company had showed up. I don't appreciate that Mr. Rooter felt like they could talk me about fixing something else, when all I needed them to do was clean out the drain. I was glad that the other company was able to get the drain cleared, even if it was more expensive. But the other company was able to use the access point outside, where Mr. Rooter said it would take 2 days, and it would be more money, and that they couldn't. The boss did call me back and hour later and tried to apologize.

Scheduled for arrival between 1 and 3 pm. Waited. No show no call. Called office, was told no one would make it any time soon and they could not give me a window of when someone might make it. She kept repeating the same info "All of our techs are tied up at the moment and you are on our list." She could not even estimate another hour or 4 hours out. Canceled service.

Lou was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and clear no any confusion I had. Great customer service from him.

It was great experience. Lou was very friendly and informative clearly explained the current issue going on in the house and came up on the an action place for future repaired.
