Description of Work: He called and asked me what the problems were and then arranged to access my computer the next evening beginning at 8:39. By 9:30 he called me back and we went over the computer entirely. Everything had been fixed and then I asked to set some controls in a way that I could with better. He did. Consequently I was extremely satisfied. He did a good job and I will use him again the next time I am having trouble. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: My son's computer (gaming) was experiencing what was thought to be a crashed hard drive. I gave Mike a call and was glad I did. He explained that both drives were gone, so I asked to pull the card and would pay for his time for that, Mike went beyond the call of duty and asked if he could tinker with it before he gave up, so I said go ahead. Low and behold he got it functioning like it was brand new. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from Angie's List for computer tune-up. Being that it was near the holidays and a weekend, I figured that it would be after the first of the year before I would be able to get the work done. To my surprise, I received an email right away, and Mike said that he was availabe over the weekend to perform the service. I called him on Sunday morning and the work was completed that same day. Mike was very friendly and professional. I will use him when I have any computer issues in the future and certainly recommend to any friends who might need assistance. Thank you Mike!
