Description of Work: Mike did a great job. Responsiveness and punctuality exceeded expectations. I had a power supply go out on the computer and dropped it off with Mike close to 11am and had it back by 3pm. I would definitely use him again with any computer hardware issue.

Description of Work: I read about Mike last night on angie's List and his excellent ratings. I sent him an e-mail about my ever so slow computer. He immediately responded and I called him this morning. He was able to service my computer remotely. One of my problems is related to Cox which is being addressed but the other issues is related to viruses and malware and my e-mail which has been hacked twice in the past six months. Mike was able to go in right away and diagnose the problem and by running a series of tests he was able to rid the computer of malware and viruses. He cleaned everything up and called me twice during the process to let me know what was going on and what he was doing. I never expected to have my computer problem resolved so efficiently and so quickly. I wish everyone was just like him, but......... He was great to work with and if anything, he undercharged me considering the time he put in fixing my computer.
