Description of Work: I E-mailed Mike. Discovered he was in Arizona...yet the Angie description said service is provided in Santa Clara County, CA. Then I find out he services PC only. Mike responded to my mail promptly with regrets. I would still like this service IF there is someone in Santa Clara Country plus....they service "Apple Computers". I think the areas serviced should be" highlighted". This is the second time I have purchased a service from someone outside my area in error. The other was for exterminator for ants. Description of Work: Lots of clean-up and ran scans to discover what problems I had with my internet service. Proved to be very helpful and internet problems cleared up by provider with no hassle or cost. Mike is very professional and helpful.

Description of Work: Amazing Level of Service - Remote computer performance tuning and technical support. | |I interacted with Mike directly. His professional yet personal approach is outstanding and I don't say that lightly. | |I was difficult to get in touch with but he did not let that deter him or reduce the quality of service he offers. | |Quite frankly an hour of his service is reasonably priced at $95 per hour instead of $55. Mileage varies with technical support skills (a lot!) and his expertise distinguishes him but he more than competitive in another aspect. | |I have worked with enough technical support engineers for a few lifetimes. His soft skills for effective communication and diligent follow through are worth twice the price because he will get twice as much done without it feeling like a root canal.

Description of Work: I just today used Mike's Computer service for second time with good outcome. First time I had stored thousands of songs in ITune library, and after a computer crash, had been unable to find. Mike found them in short over the phone consultation saving me enormous amount of re-work and expense. Just now was less difficult smaller problem where I couldn't get my Kindle books to download properly. Again, Mike to the rescue. Could not rate him higher. Totally professional. Wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Angie, and Mike!

Description of Work: This was a general PC tune up. Mike was very informative and took the time to explain everything. My computer continues to run slowly, but unfortunately it ran great when we were on the phone, so he could not identify the true issue. He offered to help me again if it started acting up again and as it has I most certainly will. Would highly recommend.

Follow-up call 2 weeks later to let Mike know I upgraded virus software to the pay version resulted in him telling me that I was the first person he put that software on and to let him know how well the pay for version worked. |Bottom line is I don't like to pay for someone else's experiment.
