Description of Work: DIDN'T REALIZE THIS WAS AN ONLINE DEAL. He tried but I need some one hands on.

Description of Work: Cleaned my PC. Took longer then the 1st hour and said any additional work would be limited to $85. The additional work took close to 2 hours but I was only charged $85. My PC works great and I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Mike attempted to debug a windows vista PC. He was mostly successful, but not completely. This repair may have been completely successful if I'd have been available for another remote session with Mike, but, unfortunately I was unable to stay with the computer any longer. He was very prompt and professional with my refund (I had paid an additional per hour fee).

Description of Work: I called with a screen resolution problem. When he used the remote software to see my screen he could tell it was just a problem with the settings in my browser. With a couple of clicks it was fixed.

Description of Work: It might not be his fault, but my computer still runs erratically.

Description of Work: Remote cleanup of hard drive, delete malware/viruses. Got rid of most, almost immediately realized some programs deleted in error.

Description of Work: he fix my computer work faster even that the fact that the computer is 12 years old. And he educated me on different computers etc, I told him that is my go to guy from now on and I will check in with him month to month for tune ups on my new or old computer. I was and am pleased with his service and I say THANK YOU MIKE AGAIN GODS ANGLE.

Description of Work: The job was done fine but the $55 job ended up costing me about $140 because he said it would take longer that the hour I purchased. I noticed that other businesses doing the same job were charging about $75 to do the whole job and said up front that it would take 2 to 4 hours. I felt taken advantage of.

Description of Work: It went fine, except he said he could not complete the clean up of my computer in the allotted time and had to bill me an extra hour for the work. I was a bit suspicious but am resigned to it. I still have slow start up in the mornings but it is better than before.

Description of Work: Tuned up the computer, eliminated unwanted applications and a lot oof malware ; speeded up the computer by a factor of four.
