Description of Work: I have my own small business and therefore don't have an IT department to go to with computer problems. I had somehow acquired malware on my laptop which was slowing down my processing time. I wasn't able to effectively remove it myself. I worked with Mike remotely and he was able to remove the malware and do other checks to improve the performance of my laptop. We communicated via email and he was prompt, efficient and professional. I will use him again if and when needed.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment to have my computer fixed and the owner talked me through how to fix the problem right over the phone! He was so patient and worked with me and in no time my computer was working like it was brand new! He didn't have to do this but he did and saved me money as well!

Description of Work: I actually haven't used the service yet. We tried but I was having problems with WiFi connectivity on my end. Since then I got a new computer but if I have problems with it or any other PC device Mike said he would take care of it for me. He is SUPER responsive and calls every month or so to check in and see if I need anything to use my credit with him for!

Description of Work: He called to discuss how his computer service worked and what he was going to do, and when. Then, he ran several small programs, remotely, to check my computer for viruses and any problems which may slow the computer. Afterward we discussed the results. His service was good but I'm not sure it was thorough enough.

Description of Work: Ran a check on internet slowness and too often difficulty in connecting. Not surprisingly it seems to be a result of not receiving the signal well from the router (downstairs) and quite a distance. Possibilities are to change the router and, if that fails, consult the internet provider. Mike cleaned up all the adware and some potential malware on my machine.
