Very, very well. Mike took me through the process step by step, in a very professional manner.

They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Great! My computer locked up, and did not come up with Windows on restart, remained with empty screen. Opened again in safe mode with connections to get Mike's phone number from previous work, called and was directed on how to get normal start up, made appointment for next day. Tune up completed, no flaws found, other than pesky so called security interloper and also go return of date on desk top.

Laptop no longer running fast. I could not find the problem. Malware was buried deep and newer version causing the disc to be full. Mike found it within a couple hours of scanning. Now runs good as new and was conducted all over the net.

Mike fixed the Outlook issue I was having and did a security scan of my computer.

My laptop was repaired quickly and efficiently. I received a call from Mike the day after I paid for the remote service and within a couple hours my laptop was fixed. I had quite a few viruses and once they were removed my laptop was back to normal. Great experience and recommend Mike's expertise if you are having computer issues.

He completely checked out the computer and repaired everything. I intend to call him once a year for a checkup.

Mike wiped my computer - his advice for my external back up drive - use Google Drive instead. His work did not fix the problems I sought his expert advice for in fact he created more problems with my computer. I am unable to access my documents file. I contacted Mike. He suggested I access my documents files through MS Word, click file which would open up my documents file. Insane! He then put a shortcut of my documents on my desktop. Neither of which "fixed" the issues of being able to access my documents file "normally." My computer is still a full 3 minutes slow from start to login and the external back-up did not get resolved. I'm now under contract with a new computer tech. to fix what Mike didn't and undo what Mike broke.

It was good. It took a little longer than I expected but was good because it was thorough.

Mike was very prompt with helping me the day I called. He was professional and patient. It took approximately an hour and a half to run all the fix programs and address some of the issues I wanted corrected. I was satisfied and will use again if I need to.

Mike was excellent to work with. Not only did he clean all the junk from my computer he also discovered that there was a problem with my internet speed caused by a problem with my internet provider. Would definitely use him again. More convenient than my last tune up that cost more and I didn't have a computer for 2 days.

Mike identified the problem as a poor Comcast signal. I will pursue with Comcast.

Tune up went well. Service was prompt, professional, informative. The result is great; my laptop is back performing as expected!

Very well. It turned out that not everything was cleared up the first time around, but Mike stood by his work and continuted to diagnose and rectify the issues without charging me extra. Again, the tune-up was complicated because of some of what I had on my computer. He was eventually able to figure out what was going on and my computer works so much better now.

He was definitely great. He's the best. Absolutely, I will use them again.
