Mike's Computer Repair

It was fine. It was a special. He was easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable. He seemed nice on the phone because I never met him. He knew what he was doing. The computer is working fine. It was messed up because I was getting all kinds of garbage, it was freezing up, he went through it and cleaned everything out. He was very professional and he was very prompt. He told me exactly when he was going to be on the phone. He called me back. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was very efficient and timely. I would definitely recommend him.

Great. Took longer than the hour deal but totally worth the extra time to get everything cleaned up and back into working condition. Also found out that my internet provider isn't giving me what I am paying for.

I forgot appointment & went to a movie. Turned phone off per instructions on screen of movie I went to see. Turned phone on on Monday noticed missed call, returned call, person agreed to perform service next evening at 5:00. Called on time next day. Performed service. Web site for entering credit card info rejected my Captial One credit card. Paid in full. Sent e-mail to my e-mail account with his address. I made check out, addressed envelope, put stamo on & mailed out next morning.

The service provider (Mike) and I communicated by phone and he instructed me on how to download an application that allowed me to give him control over my PC while conducting the required work. During the 90 minutes procedure, Mike and I often communicated over the phone to provide information and address questions/concerns. What was most significant and important to me was Mike's professionalism, knowledge and cooperation. After the work was completed, I had to contact Mike several times to address other concerns and he was always receptive and prompt to address all my inquires.

My laptop suddenly ceased playing sounds and regardless of what I tried, I was not successful. I was also unable to play video on Youtube. Contacted Mike late evening and he immediately started working on my computer. He ran numerous checks and found, to my chagrin, numerous viruses etc. He recommended a different browser for Youtube which fixed that problem. He continued to work on the sound issue; however, before he returned back to connecting with my computer this morning, I found a solution online which worked. Although his Ad says if he doesn't fix the problem, his time is free, he performed a great virus scan and removal on my computer for which a price was agreed upon (my idea not his) I am thoroughly satisfied with his service and would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to my friends and/or family. Thanks Mike!

He worked extra-long on my computer. It turned out great I was really impressed.

I needed a computer repair and bought this service as I liked the idea of a remote repair. He gave me the initial set of instructions, however, my computer wouldn't respond to these. I so appreciated that he suggested a refund as we couldn't get beyond the first step.

No details to add. The guy is a gentleman.

All went exceedingly well. Mike used features I'd forgotten that Windows provides [i.e; msconfig]. We agreed in advance to just do what was essential within the agreed price. No problem there! His work was smack on! His advice on how to improve performance was welcomed by me. All in all, when finished, my laptop became my friend, again!

We made appointment for two days later. At appointment time Mike was prompt and walked me through the remote connection. He ask me what problems I was having with my pc, all of the above. He explained what he would be doing a tune-up on my pc. He also, explained that if more time was needed to clean, the cost would be $85.00, but would not charge me if he could not fix the problem. I told him to go ahead and tune and clean all the junk files, ect. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. My computer is now running like it was brand new again I would give him an 'A' raiting and would recommend him to friends and family and would use his service's for any problems in the future.

He wasn't able to do the work as I have an Apple computer.

I would give this a B. The reason is I got what I paid for, just a computer scan.

Everything went really well. They did the work as promised, they did a good job, and they charged a reasonable price for the service. The computer is still running well a year later, too.

Mike's computer repair was available at our appointed time. He was able to connect remotely with my computer, scan my system and identify things that need to be removed. After completion my computer seemed to operate better. Mike was very nice & professional. It did take longer than the allotted time to complete my tune up and there were additional charges. I think this is the point where a customer can easily decide weather to return as a customer or not. For me the deal price would have been great to tune my computer. With the extra price charged I think next time I'll just take it to someone locally who I know personally to deal with my computer.

He increased the performance of both computers and cleaned up several viruses that were causing poor performance. There is no way I can document all of the things he found and corrected on the two computers. He worked over two hours in total.

Computer was overloaded with popups and not running correctly. He removed the unwanted programs and computer has been running smoothly since his work on it.

He was able to remove the malware quickly. He was unable to fix the Outlook problems. In fairness to Mike's I engaged two other consultants and neither of them were able to make the fixes.

Mike was very professional and helpful. He always called me back when he said he would. The whole process took two hours. I will definitely call Mike again if I have any problems with my computer.

He worked with my daughter to make her computer faster. He did everything he could. Scheduling was perfect and he was very attentive. We have actually used him twice.

It was so long ago, I really don't remember clearly. But he wasn't able to do much and as a result of that and a couple of other things, I decided to get rid of my Dell desktop and go with a Macbook.

As a person, he was fine and he talked nicely. We set up a time and he did exactly what he told me he would do. He said he would call at 4 o’clock and I would need to be near the computer. He talked to me and told me he would run a computer test. He came back and said he was done. I kind of monitored what he did and noticed he removed some software but that was all. He tested my computer speed and told me it was slow. He told me I needed to talk to my internet provider. It was ok but I don’t think it was worth it. I asked him if he offered a contract service but he said he did not.

Mike did the repair remotely on my windows computer. It got the machine up and working. He told me it would take longer so he would work on it over night. He told me upfront what the cost per hour would be extra past the deal time. He did what he should have done and did just fine. He helped me get on a security program. This machine is still sluggish and it keeps dying on me, however the machine is 5 years old. I couldn't even log on prior to Mike helping me! He told me everything! He was very upfront about the stuff; what he would do, how much it would be, and he did what he said he was going to do.

Everything was fine. However, I had to pay an extra $85 because he did something else that he said I needed. Apparently, I had a lot of bugs in the computer. Everything was done remotely. Overall, I thought it was fine and it worked well. I thought he was pleasant and did a good job.

The service started at 5pm and lasted until almost 10pm. He stayed in touch promptly (he was remote on my computer) and continued the task until finished. He capped the charges at one hour of service. I would highly recommend him and will call him again with no hesitation. Thank you Mike!
