Excellent job by Mike. He spent 3 hours working on my PC and got it cleaned up and tuned up.

I had a very sick computer blue screen and all, no chance to work online with it. Mike worked with me over the phone on his dime. to show me how to save and download files and data. Thank you Mike

So far, so good. Mike seemed to understand my needs and met them. He was extremely easy to work with, and I hope to do a follow up with this individual in the future.

It was absolutely top notch. Mike and I made the appointment, we met by phone, he downloaded a remote software, he did his stuff, identified to me that I had over 2,000 suspicious malware issues!!!! All I could do was laugh. Why me?????? He explained to me that he could continue but it would cost his regular hourly rate of $89, I readily paid for him to continue. I knew my computer was in trouble and I was worried about We met again by phone the second night and continued on cleaning up my computer. In the end, remotely, he showed me how much faster my computer was working, how it had been cleaned up and that I was safe once again. Mike is a great person to depend on to ensure professionalism and thorough service. I was very happy and very pleased and would recommend him over and over again.

Mike was very efficient and went beyond the allotted time to make sure I was happy with what he did. I really like that he was able to work on my computer via remote so I did not have to take my computer into a shop. The whole process took less than an hour. Will definitely use Mike again.

I'm just not sure that they got the bugs out of my computer. I have problems that I've had before. They were punctual.

We got started a little before my appointment time and briefly discussed what I would like to have accomplished. Mike was very reassuring that he would review everything and if any issues were found, he would deal with them and then explain what he did to my satisfaction. The entire process took less than an hour. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend his service.

Mike did a great job. I paid for a angie's list special of $55 for an hour of service. It was an all remote service. He had me download a program ahead of time, then did a scan of my computer, which took about 90 minutes. Already going over the agreed upon 60 minutes, Mike continued to work for another 2-3 hours, but capped his additional rate at only one hour. He did quality work, and was very professional, which took the concern of using a remote service provider (he is based in Arizona and I live in Michigan) to fix my computer.

Fantastic!! Mike was pleasant and helpful. He was quite patient with my minimal computer knowledge and was timely and efficient. I plan on using his service again when it is time for a computer checkup!

Mike has a great and patient personality as well as being very professional. He knows his business and did a very good job in repairing my computer.

Mike did an excellent job! He cleaned it up completely and responded to all our request promptly. I had to do a system restore the next day to a period two weeks prior to resolve another issue and most of the viruses reloaded onto the computer. I called Mike back and he immediately said he would re clean it for free. After running into a very complicated problem caused by one of the viruses, he not only took the time to try to figure it out, but also went the extra mile and had one of his friends who was a specialist in this field call me to help. When I was forced to do a full system recovery Mike offered to give me my money back after working on it for over 6 hours, even though none of it was his fault. That type of character and integrity earned Mike a customer for life. We will use him from now on for all of our computer needs.

Mike described what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, and how long it would take to do it. His estimates of time were spot on. He gave me recommendations on going forward.

Mike was wonderful! I do not have any reservations in recommending him. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked my computer, deleting some unnecessary programs and ran a check for malware. He found some malicious programs that needed to be deleted, but it was going to take additional time -- which is an additional charge, but I knew upfront that it could cost more. He actually advised me not to proceed with the removal since my computer is several years old and needs to be replaced. He felt it would be better to put the money toward the purchase of a new computer instead of spending it on the old one. When I told him that I was not sure what new computer to buy, he took the time to show me some computers on the internet and make recommendations. I am very happy and impressed with Mike's work and grateful for his help.

Found and fixed several problems but wanted to charge more for malware removal and some other "deeper" problems not covered in the "tune up". Funny thing was he had installed the software to do the deeper work but because I didn't want to pay more he made it a big deal removing his software! Probably would have taken an additional 15-20 min to do but time is money I guess.

I purchased the $55 deal from Angie's List for one hour of service. Shortly after making my purchase, Mike called to set up a time to remotely connect to my computer, and sent an email containing information how he would connect. On the scheduled day, Mike called about 10 minutes early to see if I was ready, which I was. He was very nice and professional over the phone. In my opinion, he connected to and perused my computer rather quickly. We went over some programs that weren't needed, which he removed. I watched part of the time while he ran several programs to root out malicious files on my computer. I've run malware software on my computer before, and know it takes a while to completely scan all my files. So it wasn't a surprise when Mike informed me approximately 40 minutes into the first one hour session, that his various programs would take over an hour to complete. After seeing all the suspicious files his software discovered, which mine did not, I gladly paid the additional $85 for the 2nd plus hour. Mike also provided suggestions for enhanced security and answered my questions. I don't consider myself technically savvy, and Mike never made me feel stupid in front of my computer. I can definitely tell various computer programs are running much faster.

When I emailed Mike with my issue, he got back to me very quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and was able to easily diagnose the problem. I knew his diagnosis was correct, as I had researched the issue and had come to the same conclusion, that the hard drive would have to be replaced. Since I could get nothing but a black screen when trying to boot up, even in safe mode, I was very concerned that my data would not be able to be recovered, including all the QuickBooks data for our business and many family photos. Mike was able to recover all my data, transfer it to a new hard drive and replace the power supply. I was only without my computer for two days. Mike delivered the computer to my home without additional charge, and set up the system, making sure everything was there and working properly. I'm thrilled to have my computer back just the way it was before the crash, only now even faster with the new hard drive, and thrilled that Mike was able to recover ALL of my data so quickly! I'm typing my review on it right now. Mike was very helpful in answering any questions that I had, and always responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. It's wonderful to experience such great customer service when almost no one seems to care about that any more. I would absolutely use Mike's services again, and will recommend him to everyone as well. Thank you, Mike!

The ad specified $55 for a computer tune up. I bought it for my husband, who then while on the phone was informed that the deal was only for an hour of work, and each additional hour was $85. These conditions were in the fine print of the deal, which I stupidly did not read before the purchase. I feel the ad should state $55 for 1 hour computer tune up, and that additional hours may be necessary. My husband was satisfied with the work completed. I feel the original ad is misleading. I will never buy a deal in the future that sounds too good to be true without reading the fine print! It was not the serviceman's fault I did not read the fine print; of course it was my fault for taking the ad at face value.

It went great! He removed maleware, processed Microsoft security updates -- almost 100 of them and added anti-virus software. He also walked me through various things to ensure I was comfortable with how the notepad was working.

Mike called to schedule the day after I purchased a Big Deal. Computer is now running great. I forgot to plug my battery in, and the computer shut off half way through one of the scans. So it took a little longer, but that was my fault and everything went great.

My computer scree froze and I tried to go to the task manager but I must have hit the wrong keys and the display became small and I was unable to fix it. I called Mike because he had such great reviews on Angie's List. I called him and he was able to fix the problem remotely. He also did a tune up and found some malware which he fixed. He is buy far the best computer guy I have ever used ( much better then other computer guys I found in the past from Angie's List). He was very patient and understanding and fixed my computer quickly the same day. He explained everything to me and told me how to fix the problem myself is it occurs again. I will always use Mike and if you need a computer guy, call Mike.

Excellent; Mike was very patient with me and answered all questions I had... and I had many. He discovered problems with my computer that I was unaware of and gave me advice on how to proceed. He was very honest - he could have billed me for another hour's work fixing the problems the computer had, but told me my best option would be to put that money toward a new computer. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing computer service, especially someone technically-challenged like me.

He way overcharged for the work he did. Originally, because Angie's list I understood that the $62 tune-up was what I would pay. The compute was tuned up is 5 years old. So it certainly was not worth paying $120. Geek squad had offered $100 for the tune up. Geek squad would have gave 1 year for $199 for three computers. In one sense, it is my fault for trusting Angie's list.

He really did a good job. He answered all my questions. He explained some things that I wasn't sure about. It was very helpful talking to him. He told me to call him if I still have a problem and he would guide me from there. I am very pleased with Mike's knowledge of computers and how helpful he was. My computer speed is greatly improved. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike did an excellent job and had my computer runner much faster and more consistently when he was through. All of annoying pop-ups and slowness are gone. He updated my anti-viral software and add google chrome. He explained why I was not able to connect to the internet intermittently and fixed this. The remote in software was easy to follow to allow him to access my computer from Arizona, while I am in Missouri.
