Upon remotely getting to my computer Mike felt after one hour that I would probably need 3 hours additional to clean it all the way but he offered to charge me just for one hour which is $85. I couldn't do it so I stuck with the original one hour offer on Angie's List. Sorry to say my computer runs pretty much as it did before the offer was purchased. I so wish I had realized the job may have entailed extra hours to pay for and I would not have gotten the offer.

He solved the problem---he removed eleven pieces of malware from my computer and then he told me exactly who at Microsoft to call to handle the OneDrive problem. Everything was fixed.

Mike was very responsive, timely & professional. Explained what he was doing and how long he thought it would be to complete his work.

I notified Mike of my problem Friday night and made an appointment for 4 pm on Saturday (surprised he works on weekends). He cleaned out my entire system and performed all checks remotely. Done and back up by 6:30 pm. Great,fast work. would recommend him to anyone.

The clean-up systems take time so be sure you have enough time to devote to the process. Mike was very attentive, but the process takes time.

I had a malware on my Microsoft Edge Browser which locked down that browser. . Mike sent me an email with details on how to download software so he could come into my laptop remotely. It worked like a charm and Mike spent over an hour working to eliminate the malware. I sat and watched what he did. His Technical knowledge is amazing and he was so easy to work with. We also have an older laptop that works very slowly and locks up often that I am going to have Mike help me with. I would highly recommend his service to anyone with a computer problem.

Mike said that Malware had gotten into my browzers. He was ab out 2 hours and cleaned all. Working fin now.

Mike contacted me shortly after I purchased the "Big Deal" to find out when would be a good time for me when I said as soon as possible, he noted that he could do it right then and so we did! He sent me the software that he uses to remote control, got it installed and he was quickly at work. Told me that he would call me back when it was complete. Within an hour he was back on the phone, having completed everything. Didn't find too much to remove as far as viruses, etc. went. Noted that if I was still having issues, I should get back in touch and he could dig in deeper to see if there was anything further that could be done. All in all, I found him to be professional but friendly and was pleased with his efforts and especially with the quick turn around.

MIKE DOES A GREAT JOB. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND DID IT. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN AND I WOULD REFER ANYBODY THAT HAS A COMPUTER PROBLEM TO MIKE.

Using the remote service function TeamViewer, Mike replicated the error that I was experiencing with the Windows 10 Start Menu, which was generating a Critical Error message when selected. In about an hour [as predicted] he restarted my computer with a Clean Boot, then proceeded by process of elimination, to 1st uninstall Drop Box. This resolved the error, and was followed by a reinstallation of Drop Box, with the computer still functioning in a normal fashion. I asked Mike about reinstalling Windows 7, and he advised staying with Windows 10 as it will be the "permanent" version of Windows, being updated on an ongoing basis. Mike was very good in answering all the questions that a non-techie like myself could raise.

We ran into some issues directly related to my ISP and router. He directed to the work with my ISP to correct speed issues. After the ISP issues and the router issues were done, he did a through tune up of my computer. It was will worth the price.

Mike is my "go to" guy. Worth the Checkup now and then.

I've been having issues with my laptop dropping its wifi signal which required me to restart the machine over and over. I found Mike's service on Angie's list because his service was so reasonably priced. It was well worth the money. Mike responded in a very timely manner and we set up a convenient time to work on the laptop (remotely). He sent instructions on how to connect with him remotely which were very clear and easy to follow. When the appointment began we reviewed the issues I was having and Mike quickly named some possible reasons for those problems. After some testing, Mike ran some diagnostics on my laptop (which did not require me to be in front of the screen). The diagnostics went above and beyond just the problem I was encountering and was quite thorough. It turns out that my laptop was running very well and Mike provided 2 options that I could do to address my wifi concern (purchasing a new wifi router or a USB router). He felt that one or both would help keep the wifi signal on the laptop. Not only did he provide the options, but he also suggested specific products I should purchase at BestBuy. The next day I went to the store, purchased one of the products, and my laptop now keeps its wifi signal. Problem solved! I'd definitely work with Mike again.

Mike was able to help us very quickly. He worked with my husband's work schedule and helped us in the evening. He was very punctual ...His trouble shooting was very efficient. We have worked with him in the past...when we set up our new computer. He is always professional and helpful. We would recommend him to anyone.

MIke was very professional and responsive and even completed the job on the same day as the order. My computer had lots of issues so the task took longer than the hour provided for in the half-price $50 deal and there was an additional charge of $85 for the extra time. The whole process ended up taking over 4 hours, so it was still definitely a good deal. The computer is now back to original speed and responsiveness.

We set up a time to link computers and he made it easy to download the programs necessary to access my laptop and remove the malware he said was the reason for my computer being so slow. However, the time I paid for quickly ran out and he was not able to solve any of my problems in the time allotted. He wanted me to pay for additional time to continue to remove the malware. In the end, I removed the malware on my computer myself, using the program he allowed me to access. While I was able in the end to remove all the malware, my computer ended-up only marginally faster than before, and so the root problems were not really addressed.

I was impressed with his expertise, his patience when answering questions from a "non-computer" person, and his timely completion of the tasks. It was almost 2 hours of time that was spent cleaning up my computer.
