GREAT! He solved the problems remotely (he sent me instructions on how to install the program required) and in minutes he got everything done, while explaining on the phone what he was doing. The work was done remotely but all went well. Unfortunately, due to a poor quality computer, it didn't take long for it to start performing poorly again. I've since replaced that computer.

Mike got back to me within the hour and went to work to straighten out the link between my computer and printer, which started the problem. It took several start ups just to get the computer to allow him in to run a program to clear out any viruses. But he was successful removing the problem and reinstalling my printer. My computer and printer are both back up and running smoothly. Thank you so much, Mike!

Mike cleared out several malware items about 5 weeks ago, but the problem returned about 2 weeks later when I next tried to use the computer [my backup computer]. When I contacted Mike yesterday, we determined that there was no additional malware, but that my 6+ year old Gateway laptop is under-powered to handle Windows 10. By disabling several non-essential startup processes, the laptop was able to achieve several successful startups in about 2 to 3 minutes--about the best I could hope for with the Gateway's capabilities. Mike did not charge for yesterday's services, which spanned about 2.5 hours, and I am very satisfied with his service.

Great! Mike called me back within minutes and helped me diagnose the issue and gave me simple advice on how to fix the problem. His advice worked! He saved me at least $85 - $150 from having a local tech come out to me house. The next time I need any remote services like clean up, anti-virus etc. I for sure will use his services and highly recommend him! Thanks Again Mike!

He was wonderful, extremely professional and cordial. He couldn't do the service for me because he has to actually come to the house (I live in MI and he lives in AZ). He had answered the phone and that blew my mind. However, after he found out he wouldn't be making a money off of me, he still gave me advice and offered his 'free advice' whenever. He followed up at the end of the servicing; going over the results of everything he did, and made helpful suggestions for maintaining the efficiency of my laptop. I am very pleased. Mike did an excellent job of updating and repairing the computers. All done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Mike put an application on my desktop so I can contact him and he can do any work remotely thus saving time and expense. He has answered several questions and checked some items out with no cost.

Mike contacted me right away to set appointment and sent me a email on instructions to get into my computer. Instructions easy to use and Mike access into my computer right away. He explained everything he was doing. I had a lot of updates to be added and Malware to be removed so Mike advised me right away of extra $85.00 cost because of time needed. I had no problem with this since it was going to take 2 hours or longer to get me up and running smoothly again. Very happy with service. Mike also told me if I ran into any problems just call, which I did the next day and he responded quickly to my questions. My computer is running smoothly now.

I have used Mike 3 times before. He always finds the problem, corrects it and is conscientious about not doing more than necessary. If it is going to cost more than $55.00 because he finds a virus, etc, then he lets me know that up front. Each time I only paid the $55.00. This time my computer was running slow and I have an old computer with windows 7. He did not try to sell me a new computer; in fact he told me my computer is doing really well and showed me how he knew that. There was a problem with Google Drive being outdated, but he and I decided not to work on that at this time, saving me money, and he was honest that he was concerned if he uninstalled it and re-installed it that it might mess something up. He really is good about saying he can fix it and if he is not certain, he will also be honest and tell you. He will give you options, then let you decide what you want to do. In this case,he and I agreed that I should check with whoever installed my Google Drive and see if they want to uninstall and reinstall it. That saved me a lot of money.

There were a lot of programs that I did not need and a lot of things slowing down my internet speed. The difference Mike's work made has been very noticeable. I especially enjoyed talking to Mike as he began the work and at several times during his remote work on my computer. This is a good deal. I will use Mike again in the future. Mike was able to do the work on the same day I contacted him!

My computer was running really slow and I knew I had problems because I kept getting security messages often. Mike was prompt when contacting me. We set a appointment and he email instructions on downloading a file so he could access my computer. I never done this before but the instructions where easy and Mike got onto my computer with no problem. Mike explains everything he is doing on your computer and in my case I had no Windows updates done since 2015 so this was going to add another 2hrs of time which Mike informed me of the extra $85.00 to proceed. I am very please with the work Mike done plus he told me to call him anytime if I have any questions. Very professional and I would use Mike again.
