Our bathroom remodel was completed a couple of days before we originally anticipated, which was great! Everything turned out beautiful! We are very pleased with our remodel, and we will definitely be calling on Mariano and Co. for future projects.

There crew was outstanding they were conscientions about my teen age daughter that was home during the project, the quality was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an amazing experience with the Remodel of our kitchen. Vic, Lloyd & all the crew where fun to have around, during the remodel. I enjoyed the design aspect of going to the store and picking out granite, tile, and back splash with Lloyd. My kitchen is done, and i pinch myself overtime i walk in. AMAZING, It's so pretty. Vic and his team did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. He is the owner and he was involved every step of the way and was always available when we had any questions during the process. We were on a strict budget and Vic, the owner, worked with us to make sure that we could get what we wanted done within our budget. He also followed up and addressed any issues we had even weeks after the job was complete (which turned out to be our fault). :D The workers were friendly and conscientious and Lloyd was a wealth of information and design tips. We have had a lot of workers in over the past few weeks and they have been the best by far!

Vic, Lloyd & crew were amazing! They had great design ideas, were very knowledgable and had lots of ideas about how to accomplish what we wanted at an affordable price. They remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The crew was great during the remodel process and finished the project with time to spare. Great company!! Lloyd provided great feedback during the project and offered up several very helpful suggestions. Changing the layout of the kitchen after we started didn't slow them down at all--everything was completed on time and the communication was great. They were very professional and friendly, and I would bring them back in a second if I needed a contractor again.

Lets face it, it's a crap shoot when it comes to hiring a contractor. I had Mariano & Co. come out and bid to enclose my carport to a full garage. Lloyd also took the time to discuss my kitchen renovations and offer some ideas and prices. The garage remodel was finished without any issues and exactly how i wanted. I also hired them to complete my kitchen. For me, communication is very important and Mariano & Co made sure to always keep me informed on the progress. My kitchen is now done and I am very happy with how it turned out. They have great attention to each and every detail. I have already recommended Mariano & Co to a friend.

Vic and Lloyd were very timely in following up after completion of project to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Additionally, all of their employees and subcontractors were also extremely professional, courteous, and punctual while performing their respective portions of the project

Started and completed the extensive project on time, performed all of the work professionally, employees were friendly and cleaned up every day. Kept us informed at every step. No surprises as to cost, quality, or timeliness. We were so impressed that we added a small powder room vanity and granite top to the project which they completed within the original time frame.

Screen room is better than expected. Vic and his crew does great work and are very friendly. I highly recommend Mariano & Co.

We did a Kitchen remodel and new bathtub and tile in bathroom. Price, workmanship, and communication was great. Everything was completed on time. A few minor details, hooking frig. back up, breakers not turned back on, and poor clean up, but nothing major.

Vic and his crew did a great job. Vic always made sure I knew the status of the project and what work was going to be done each day. They were also very considerate of my young children's safety and schedule. The left for lunch when it was nap time and and tried to complete their work as quietly as possible. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. Vic also helped with some lighting/wiring issues that were unrelated to building our loft. I would highly recommend him and his crew and will use them again for my future projects.

Professional, thorough, and timely. I've had other remodels done and these guys are as good as any, and better than most. Slightly over-budget, but not really an issue. Did both a master bathroom and a hall guest bath. Very good work, highly recommend.
