I could go on and on about how pleased we are with everything. It has been a pleasure to highly recommend you and Team Mariano to our friends, neighbors, and acquaintances. The total master bath remodels and partial kitchen remodel exceeded our expectations. We are so excited about how our kitchen was pulled together and we are over the moon in love with our new master bathroom. It has been such a pleasure to work with Lloyd, Mike, and precious Lauren. Emille is a Godsend to the Mariano team and we were so fortunate to have him on point for all the details. We had our hiccups that can be expected in such a large undertaking but everything was handled extremely professional and to our utmost satisfaction.

This will be a long detailed review but I have worked with Mariano & Co. quite a bit this past year and am so happy with the result I continue to hire them for more. So far we have had an entire dining room wall and pony wall removed. Shiplap extended to match existing shiplap. Ceiling lights moved and ceilings patched and painted. Electrical moved, new switches and dimmers installed, new paint, and new chandeliers hung. We have recently completed our breathtaking kitchen and bathroom remodel. Next up... our laundry room, master bath, and patio pillars in our back yard. All will be done by Mariano & Co. Because we are doing so much in our home when choosing a contractor we not only wanted a 5 star experience but we wanted to feel like we were working with friends. That has been our experience with Mariano & Co. Everyone from Vic, Lloyd, Lauren, Jeff, and Steve, to name a few, are great. Remodeling your home is not without small hiccups but their crew is always on top of any and all issues. They do exceptional work and always want to make sure I am happy with my result. I'd also like to add that I have children in the home. I have had bad experiences in the past with workers coming in acting rude, frustrated, cursing under their breath, or just strange. When you hire outside help you should never feel uncomfortable in your own home. This is simply not acceptable around my children. Mariano & Co workers are respectful, kind, quiet as possible, and will even laugh with my kiddos and joke around. I cannot stress how respectful and just cool they all are.They are very aware of their surroundings on the job sight and take extra care in working around kiddos in the home. That to me as a mom is priceless. They are also great to my dogs. Bonus. Their crews take great care in covering your furniture during construction, lining and covering your floors where they will be working, covering all light fixtures etc. They also clean up after themselves as if they were never here. Even during the demo when they finish for the day all supplies are tucked neatly out of our way and everything is organized. Something I greatly appreciate. It's bad enough having your home tore up. Tripping over building materials and tools is a pain. I'd also like to mention that although I know exactly what I want I pride myself on being incredibly kind and quite laid back. With that said I have had other workers mistake my kindness for weakness and will take advantage of that by "getting to my project when they can." Being the "nice" client can sometimes backfire . At Mariano & Co that is simply not the case. All my work is done in a timely manner and done beautifully. These are incredibly talented hard working people. Lloyd our foreman is also fantastic with communication. I am always in the loop with what is happening during my project receiving nightly emails so I know what time a crew will be arriving the next morning and who will be showing up as well as what they wil

The.Mariano team did a full home renovation to our 30 year old rental that had never been updated. Vic has an amazing eye for possibilities. His team was outstanding. They're all seasoned, experienced, skilled professionals. Lloyd our project manager kept us in the loop during the entire process. Their team members arrived on time, picked up everyday and were always courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Team Mariano for your renovation needs. They also sold our main home in 3 weeks; two cash offers! This was a 6 month project,

DO. NOT. USE. They tore up my house and bathrooms based on a design that wouldn't work because of measurement. I have had no working kitchen, bathrooms, no foundations in the bathrooms, and a hole in the exterior since May. It is now September. New appliances/cabinets left on back patio all summer. Refused to take responsibility for damage done due to this. Bullied into using their vendors at a much higher cost for their convenience. Not responsive to emails. Took over 2 months to get a change order after 5 requests. Never given a completion date from them. Hard to figure out the costs because they are never given to you up front.

My wife and I have been wanting to remodel our Master Bedroom/Bathroom for a few years now. We finally decided to bite the bullet and hired Vic and his team based off a strong recommendation from my coworker who had hired Mariano to do their Kitchen remodel. I'm so glad we chose to go with Mariano & Co! Right off the bat Lloyd came out for the consultation in a timely manner and listened to all of our requests. I already had a strong idea of what I wanted done with the remodel. Lloyd took that info back to the Mariano & Co team and we had a quote within a week. Some of my ideas were a little more expensive than I had realized and Lloyd worked with me to get the costs down. By just keeping the plumbing and electrical in their current place we saved a ton of money and were able to meet my original budget for the project. Once the contract was signed, we got to work with Chelsea who took us to pick out our tile, countertops and fixtures. Chelsea was so much fun to work with. Plus her beautiful renderings of the new bathroom really allowed us to verify that Mariano & Co really understood our vision before the project got underway. All of the contractors working on the project were very professional. My wife is very OCD and found a few tiny chips in two tiles and Lloyd had his team come out and fix the issues right away. We couldn't be happier with how our project turned out. Mariano & Co was able to complete our Master remodel in under a month. They turned my vision into a reality and I highly recommend the Mariano & Co team.

Mariano and Co pretty much remodeled our whole house. The first meeting with them was amazing ,as they gave us ideas we had not even thought of. Our house is pretty much all we dreamed it could be and we have Mariano to thank for it. The designers were exactly what we wanted. So helpful but still listening to my ideas. I could not recommend them any highly.they also helped us design the back yard of our dreams. Huge thumbs up!!

Great communication and constant updates. Very timely work and stayed on schedule. Excellent design team with great recommendations for fixtures, lights and tile.

The bathroom renovation project Mariano and Co did for us was the first time either of us had major work done on a house we were living in. We didn't really know what to expect other than the horror stories that we had heard from other people of contractors not showing up or showing up out of the blue at random times. We were pleasantly surprised with the good communication Mariano and Co provided throughout the process. We were also very nervous about making decisions about materials. They worked with us to find the balance of figuring out what we wanted but not dictating what we should do. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and we've had tons of compliments on the finished product from friends and family. We're both very pleased and will definitely use them again for our next project.

We liked the work Mariano did on our first remodel project a year ago so much that we asked them to come back for a second project. Once again, they did an excellent job and really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with every detail. They do an awesome job of communicating throughout the project, their team is knowledgeable and professional, and their pricing is fair. I highly recommend them.

Vic Mariano and his team listened well to our needs and provided excellent guidance on the best options to suit our needs. They were very flexible but also free with quality recommendations on suppliers for all the materials needed. At every stage it was easy to understand value for money being invested. The staff and workers were friendly and polite and took care to protect our home from any damages when hauling out old materials and making installations. The workmanship was excellent and changes were handled with a minimum of expense. Daily communications were clear and simple and we are very pleased with the end results. Estimates were accurate and maintained during the project execution without any surprises. We would use Mariano & Co. for future work and recommend they be considered by our friends.

From the beginning process to completion we were very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and work ethic of every crew that worked on our bathroom. We had a major leak in both bathrooms. We had another company lined up to do the remodel but it was very difficult to communicate with them and we are so glad we found Mariano & Co. Lloyd was our project manager and kept us informed every step of the way and made sure that the project was completed on schedule. Lauren (designer) was a delightful surprise and was extremely helpful! The quality of the materials and work is top-notch and I just love my bathrooms! The whole crew went above and beyond our expectations! I highly recommend Mariano & Co.!

Vick and crew did a wonderful job on our remodel. As we lived out of state it was difficult, but Vick kept us informed with videos of work in progress. Lloyd gave us another choice on kitchen layout and it was perfect. Before the project began we spent 4 days with Lauren deciding on everything from tile, backsplash, countertop, etc. Don't know what we would have done without her. The input from Vick's crew was invaluable. The Mariano team was always pleasant, upbeat and so easy to work with. Seeing the remodel in person for the first time was thrilling. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.

Vic, Lloyd, Lauren, and the entire remodel crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. The design process was very clear and thorough. They listened to our ideas and needs and developed a detailed plan. Line by line cost estimates were given for each task. Lauren was very skilled in creating and detailing the main elements of the bathroom design. She was also helpful in suggesting flooring options, picking out granite, and recommending stores and online sites for plumbing and electrical fixtures. Llyod did an excellent job in coordinating the work and answering our many questions. He made himself available by phone or text and promptly returned texts and calls. All of Llyod’s teams were courteous and professional. They were on time each day, and in the rare instance when the schedule changed, they gave us notification beforehand. The workmanship of the remodel was top notch. Any minor items that were found during the final walk through were promptly corrected. We would, and have recommended Mariano & Company to others considering remodeling. We look forward to having them do other remodel projects for us.

The project outcome was better than expected. The staff were very trustworthy and great to work with. Project lead LLoyd and their designer were outstanding in providing suggestions. Did not like the contracted painter but the customer follow up was excellent. I will plan to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy we went with Mariano & Co for the remodeling of our house. They installed granite kitchen counter tops and floor tile in the whole house. Vic and Lloyd were with us every step of the way. They helped us picked the granite and the tile and we never felt rushed or in a hurry. Lloyd was the person that supervised the overall installation of my tile and granite work for my fire place. He was there overseeing every step of the process. We have nothing but “high praise” for the professionalism and constant communication.

We really enjoyed working with Mariano & Co! Their crew was professional and courteous. The result of our kitchen remodel is amazing and we love living in it! I've already referred several people to have projects done by M&Co. I felt confident in their skills, price quotes, and customer service. The only concern I had during the whole process was the amount of time the project took to complete compared to the estimate of time we were given (took about twice as long as we expected). However, I understand things happen so we dealt with that, and can say that we would use M&Co again for remodeling needs.

They did a very good job and they did it in a real timely manner and anytime I asked questions, they were accommodating to answer them. They cleaned up after their work. Did a very good job.
