He arrived on time to do basic cleaning and maintenance as part of a yearly service plan. Spent sufficient time to do a good job and to answer some questions.

Originally I had another company come out to give me an estimate but it was more expensive than I thought it should be. So I called Magic Touch Mechanical and their brand name units were equally as good with a price that was much more reasonable. Everyone I dealt with at MTM from beginning to end was very good, from the initial estimate to the installers to the people in the office who helped me, as there was a rebate involved with my purchase. The rebate came in as promised and overall my experience with Magic Touch Mechanical was very satisfying. I will call them again for a check up in the spring.

The tech responded and checked my fire pit and found that it was not "broken" in any way but only needed a good cleaning. He took the entire pit apart and cleaned everything and explained the entire process as he was doing it. He showed me how to keep the pit and parts clean. The entire experence was great and I would recommend them to my family and friends and anyone else that needs fire pit or fire place service. Thank you Rick for a great job.

Called on holiday & they were open! Scheduled for same day as our air was not working and it's 113 today! technician was prompt, unit was fixed within ten minutes of arrival. Couldn't be happier with their service!

The technician (Anthony) was professional, friendly, informative and punctual. I appreciate the attention to detail that was displayed. Also I didn’t have the impression that he was in a rush. Meaning that he was focused on the task at hand. Anthony seemed genuinely concerned about taking care of my problem and nothing else mattered. The new part that he installed turned out to be defective out of the box. So with a smile on his face he installed a new part. Anthony then waited to make sure that there were no further issues before leaving. I have and would recommend this company again to anyone in need.

Didnt book the appointment because they said the tuneup deal was only for preventative maintenance...doesnt say that anywhere in the deal. A tuneup implies that I need some service. They said it only applies if my unit is in perfect running order. Why would I need a tuneup if its in perfect order? I understand repairs would be extra but at least honor your deal until you find something wrong

The AC tune-up was pretty much a joke. I'm pretty sure that the cover of the unit wasn't even taken off or the capacitor even checked like all other companies have done.. Tech found low freon and wanted 350.00 for one lb. I said no to the rip off rape but know all HVAC companies are on same page when they charge 400.00 for a 25.00 capacitor.

Pros: Magic Touch is a good company for many reasons. Their team had come out to my place initially to find a problem with my AC. Upon arrival I had the same response to my 10+year old unit, "Replace it." The salesman who showed up, Ty, had a good understanding of what was necessary for the fix, and gave me two options to fix the problem. I decided to go with the inexpensive option only because it fit the budget. That all stood solid, even the install was scheduled speedy. I liked that. Cons: The install group was on time & headed to work on my AC at 10 a.m. What was supposed to be an 8 hour job crept well past that estimate of time. It took them late into the evening, but to their credit, they never waned from the challenge. I wasn't going to complain an inkling however, I'm in AZ & needed their AC expertise, not like I'm going to fix it on my own. The job was finished correctly & though it was a minor headache, it's because you can't rush perfection. The service people all seemed very professional, and were kind & hard working. I did not have any trouble scheduling a thing, and the response was rapid, which helps when you are looking at potential no AC in the heat. I would recommend Magic Touch, I would rehire them for any AC glitches.

I had already received quotes from three companies on replacement of our fourteen year old heat pump. As I continued to research the various options and ready to make a decision, I ran across Magic Touch on the internet. On further review of the company, I decided to give them a call for one more quote. Chad Hood scheduled an appointment within hours of calling for information. This was on a Sunday. He arrived the same day and was very professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed the mission statement of the company and backed it up with references and reviews from multiple sites, the education of the installers, and the various equipment that would meet our needs. A very ethical company with ethical employees. I highly recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with the professionalism from start to finish and especially the final result. When we had our energy audit review, it was disturbing to see how poorly insulated our attic was and to see the problems with the A/C systems. After discussing options with Ty, we felt certain we could trust them to revamp our ducts and switch from 2 A/C units to a single larger A/C system which will be more efficient and cost effective over time. When our house was built 30+ years ago we opted for redundant systems because we didn't trust the builder's contractors to get it right. (After talking with another neighbor recently, we aren't the only ones our builder left with massive insulation and ducting problems. The builder didn't even finish insulating one of their upstairs bedrooms. Our attic had some vertical/knee walls that had no insulation and batts in other areas had not been placed properly and there were clear signs of air flow causing discoloration there.) We're so glad we chose Magic Touch Mechanical to do the audit and implement the repairs and upgrades. We now have a home that has had every conduit and junction box in the attic properly sealed, well designed positioning and sizing of supply and return vents in each room to maintain proper air flow throughout the house, and a blissfully comfortable and quiet, high efficiency variable speed A/C system that we will enjoy for years to come. We love these guys so much we are planning to let them maintain our system from now on - even though Jack loves to "do it himself". But we really trust them to know what they are doing and catch things we might not notice - before they become a real problem. Work done by Magic Touch Mechanical: 1. Energy audit 2. Remove, redesign, and install all ducts to go from 2 A/C systems (2.5 and 3 ton) to a single 5 ton system - this included adding new vents in most rooms (properly positioned for optimal air flow) 3. Install new top of the line Lennox variable speed 5 ton A/C unit (with Magic Touch's special vibration isolation hanging platform) 4. Install new upgraded exhaust fans and add a fan in a room that needed it (extras we wanted done before they upgraded the insulation - they also installed new exhaust duct runs to handle the higher air flow of the new fans) 5. Correctly seal all attic leak points and install existing insulation batts, including strapping for vertical/knee walls, and blow in additional insulation to get to R40 overall. 6. Retest after completing repairs and installation and file paperwork for upgrade rebates with our electric company. 7. Free maintenance service for first year.

Things went well. The technicians were professional and courteous. They removed ALL of the old equipment replacing it with new throughout (compressor, blower, heating unit, all the ductwork). I have vaulted ceilings, so taking out the old and putting in new ductwork could not have been easy. When everything was completed, I could feel the difference in warm air flow immediately. They could not test the A/C as the temp outside was too low, but will schedule for that when things warm up. My old unit had seen 16 years of use, so I'm looking forward to a better summer this year.
